Poly Cases

We have been manufacturing HDPE poly cases for more than 25 years. These tough, durable and splash proof cases provide users with an effective alternative to cardboard storage/ transportation cases and are available in a range of shapes and sizes.

Customers can choose from a range of handles, shoulders, buckles or hinges to suit application requirements. Foam linings can also be incorporated to protect contents and wheels can be fitted for ease of transportation.

We are also pleased to apply corporate branding to cases and can colour match to suit specific colour schemes.

Waterproof Cases

Our waterproof cases have been expertly designed and created to withstand extreme conditions and temperatures. These injection moulded cases are also dust proof, air tight and drop tested to ensure complete protection of contents. Foam Engineering

We are pleased to boast a dedicated foam conversion facility where we design and create foam inserts to suit specific customer requirements. Examples include: gaskets and seals, tapes, acoustic panels, sheet, profiles, embossed, angle cut and more. Our highly skilled and experienced team works closely with customers to gain a firm understand of their requirements. We can design solutions from scratch via CAD/CAM software or customers can supply us with ideas and designs in a range of formats including AutoCAD®, DWG, DXF, Solidworks, STP and IGES. Various foam types are available to suit different sizes and weights of products.

Metal Fabrication

We also design and manufacture robust and reliable, metal fabricated shipping and storage containers. These tough and robust units can feature a range of design aspects such as foam fabrication, gasket seals and internal divisions.
