On Site Mechanical and Electrical Installations

Here at Techni-Plas (UK) Ltd we provide on-site installation of plastic pipe-work systems in PVC-U, PVC-C, ABS and PP. We also install BCF Natural PP, BCF PVDF and Orbital Welded Stainless Steel for high purity applications. Other installation types include: process line, potable or purified water, chemical distribution pipe-work, effluent treatment systems, pure water treatment systems, chemical treatment or mixing systems, RO units, CDI, UV, pumps, valves, flow meter, filters, mixers, heat exchangers, pressure gauges and more. Duel Containment pipe work can also be installed where environmental issues are present.

Techni-Plas (UK) Ltd also carries out electrical installations from control panels through to process equipment.

On Site Process lines, Ringmain and Distribution Installations

We can install self-draining Orbital Welded 316L Stainless Steel, BCF Natural PP and BCF PVDF systems to help minimise potential contamination in specific areas. These systems are widely used in industries such as food/ beverage, health care, chemical, pharmaceutical, microprocessor and semi-conductor. All of our systems are certificated with data log files for full traceability.

Storage Tanks

Techni-Plas (UK) Ltd also fabricates tanks in PP, PE, PVC-U and PVDF for use with a wide range of storage and distribution applications. We have the facilities and capabilities to fabricate tanks up to 30,000 litres capacity, featuring flat conical or sloping basses, open or closed top with manway, flanged or threaded connections. The majority of our supplied tanks are cylindrical, upright tanks due to their strength but we also fabricate rectangular tanks in various sizes.
