Clevis Pins

Tasman Industries can supply Clevis Pins in mild steel, zinc-plated steel, or grade 303 stainless steel. We offer a range of standard sizes from 6mm to 24mm in diameter and 10mm to 100mm in length (though length is dependent on diameter), and can also manufacture larger sizes to order using our bespoke turned part manufacturing facilities.  Standard Clevis Pins are made according to ISO 2341B / DIN 1444B. Precision Dowels

Tasman carries a large stock of hardened and precision ground Dowel Pins in a range of standard sizes and materials. Customers who require sizes outside of our standard stock range can benefit from our bespoke manufacturing service.  Dowel pins are commonly used as pivots, spindles or locating pins in general tool room applications. They can be made in various materials, including mild steel and A2/A4 stainless, and can be produced with a black lustre finish for improved corrosion resistance. Slotted Pins

Slotted Pins, also known as Selloc Pins or Spring Tension Pins, are manufactured from a high grade, heat treated carbon steel or from grade 303 stainless steel (where corrosion-resistance is required). They are commonly used in applications involving vibration, including electricals, automotive parts, white goods, turning and milling machines. Slotted pins are made to conform to BS 7060, DIN 8752, DIN 1481, ISO 8752, and are available in a range of sizes. Gib Head Keys

Tasman Industries stocks a large selection of Gib Keys in both metric and imperial sizes. Various Gib head profiles are available, including non-standard profiles. State-of-the-art manufacturing facilities enable us to offer a fast turnaround on non-stock profiles, so whatever your requirements, please get in touch. We stock an extensive range of metric and imperial Woodruff keys and can manufacture non-standard sizes for those who require them. Woodruff keys can be produced in a variety of materials, including keysteel 080M40, A2 303/304 grade stainless and A4 316 grade stainless steel. Taper Pins

We offer a range of solid and split Taper Pins, as well as internal and external extractable types for applications where the pin will need removing in the future. Taper Pins can be supplied to the current market standard or can be specially manufactured for non-standard taper sizes. They can be made in four different materials to cover a variety of engineering applications. Coiled Pins

Coiled Pins are typically used in situations where higher levels of performance are required than that provided by a Spring Tension Pin. They are used to absorb shock and vibration in all manner of applications, and are manufactured to withstand a variety of industrial environments, including those where corrosion may become a problem. Coiled Pins conform to BS 7059, ISO 8751, BS 7058, ISO 8750, BS 7057 and ISO 8748, and can be made from a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, zinc plated steel and many more.
