Pre-Owned Equipment

Swanstone aims to offer its customers the most cost-effective thermoforming and finishing solutions. One way in which we do this is by offering equipment refurbishment services and refurbished equipment sales. We have a large stock of pre-owned machines that have been fully evaluated, serviced, refurbished and in some cases repainted. We only offer equipment from our own portfolio – this guarantees that we are able to fulfil any warranty obligations and also enables us to provide maintenance services in the future. 

For those customers requiring refurbishment of their existing machines, we offer a comprehensive service that includes top and bottom heater rewiring, cylinder resealing, machine rehosing, replacement of the table and clamp frame, and upgrade of light barriers, pyrometers and sheet sag equipment. All this can be carried out on-site with the machine in-situ.
