Document Scanning

Our document scanning service is supplied to clients as a one off package or as an inclusion in a wider Information Management package. We use state of the art high, speed scanners which enable us to meet both small and large workloads. Our highly trained  out to extremely high stateam works quickly and efficiently ensuring that all work is carriedndards. All projects we undertake are managed individually to ensure that all clients receive a first class service. We can produce outputs to meet your requirements – this is usually Tiff and PDF format but others can easily be produced.

Document Indexing

Our document indexing service for digital information provides clients with an efficient system which enables them to access data quickly. We can index image files by multiple fields to enable users to find images quickly and easily. Alongside this service we are also able to use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to convert all scanned PDF documents into text searchable files. This means that you can search for specific words or phrases within the documents quickly and easily. We work closely with clients to gain a firm understanding of their requirements before offering the most effective solutions.

Microfilm Digitising

The microfilm process reduces the size of images but the images must be read by specific readers. These are increasingly becoming more expensive and becoming a problem for many businesses. As a solution we provide a specialist service to convert microfilm files at competitive prices. We convert the following microfilm records: 16mm microfilm jackets, document microfiche, computer output microfiche, 16mm roll film or cartridge, 16/35 combi-jackets, 35mm jackets or fiche, and aperture cards. Our DocStore software is designed to allow single or multiple users with the facilities to search documents quickly and easily.
