RPM's Pageflex storefront development software offers an easy to use, scalable and flexible solution for creating an online store for customised and personalised cross media campaigns and documents. This web-to-print workflow software can automate many of the steps in creating your marketing campaign materials, and eliminating bottlenecks, without losing any essential creative flexibility. Online stores can be set up quickly and easily without any software expertise. Mailing & Fulfilment

We offer a high-end and data-driven mailing and order fulfilment service. Timely and relevant marketing to your customers is essential in maintaining and building your business relationships. We work closely with Royal Mail to ensure that your mailing campaigns will be conducted in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Royal Mail has a number of services – Mailsort 120, Mailsort 700, Mailsort 1400; Mailsort CBC; Mailsort OCR; Light; and Walksort – that are each tailored to particular needs. And we also work with alternative UK mail solutions such as TNT when their services better match your requirements. Our contract with TNT gives us the advantages of a Downstream Access solution – 2-3 day delivery time, flexible collection times, custom sorting to minimise mis-routing, and online proof of delivery.

Print Services

RPM has access to a range of printing machines – each one right for a specific kind of contract. And it is our job to help you choose the right machine for your printing needs. Our customers across many industries have come to trust our choices and to rely on RPM's role in relieving you of what can be a difficult decision. We maintain a Heidelberg Anicolour SM 52 press machine for short-run four-colour work; this is one of the best presses on the market. Production times are shorter than competing machines even while the press capacity is 25% higher. We can produce more in a day and at a lower cost than many other printing services. And we maintain both Lithographic and Digital machines for the advantages that each offers to our customers.

Stock Management

Your stock is our stock – that is how seriously we treat our stock management service. We offer you a series of choices as we develop a bespoke stock management system to meet your exact needs. Our data-driven service uses historical transaction data and usage reports to help us make specific recommendations on stocking policy, including minimum, maximum, and re-order volumes, to hit the optimum stock level at the most cost-effective rate. The balance you want is adequate stock for sales with minimum inventory overheads. Our IT solution allows for this sophisticated approach and a range of other services, such as checking stock levels in real time, quantity/price break tables, itemised shipping information, and a number of other features.

Storage & Distribution

We run a storage and distribution system that emphasises keeping costs down for our clients, delivering products exactly when they are needed, and automated efficiency in all of our operations. We can print on demand or in volume from a central warehouse. Our stock management system allows us to deliver printed work at the optimal moment for your stock balance – and these attributes are determined through our sophisticated data-driven analytics.
