• Finish machining – Quay Surface Engineering has facilities for diamond grinding and finish polishing.
• Impact finishing – including glass bead blasting and shot blasting.
• Inspection – all parts and components are inspected according to customer requirements under an ISO 9000 quality management system. 
• Metallographic examination – for analysis of customer parts and as an aid to quality control.
