We have start of the art and extremely accurate CNC machines which are used by our experts to create brass CNC foiling dies from your artwork. We generally provide same or next day delivery. However, it is worth noting that the time is takes to make a CNC die depends on the complexity of the image you require. If the image is too detailed to be suitable for this application, we will advise on alternatives.

When using a bunter heated base, you will need to lock your embossing or stamping dies securely in place. We supply a 5mm bunter post that does the job admirably. The Garryfleck blocks are made from resilient rubber filled with abrasive grit, making them the ideal solution for cleaning and polishing all metals and ceramics. We also stock 200mm x 20mm glass fibre brushes that are perfect for working on large areas of metal and for preparation and clean-up. Most often employed to clean dies, the brushes have other useful applications, such as cleaning dirt, rust or corrosion from any metal and preparing surfaces for painting or adhesive or for soldering.
