Since 1977, Plan Profiling have been providing flame-cut profiling and profile burning of carbon steel in the UK. Our customers come to us from all industries and sectors. Our products are used in wide range of applications from industrial uses such as materials handling, earth moving machinery, plant, lifting, fluid/hydraulic systems, railway component and structural purposes. We also provide products to businesses within architecture, automotive and construction industries as well as other uses that have included street furniture, horticulture, agriculture, forestry equipment, ship repair and a variety of marine projects.
Using CNC controlled multi-head cutting machines, Plan Profiling can undertake oxygen/propane flame cutting with the DNC being directly linked to the CAD/CAM program on the PC. We are able to produce in large volumes with very low variation and extreme accuracy. You can supply your design artwork to us in .dxf format either on disc or via email which ensures a fast turnaround time and fewer errors. We tumble deburr all of our smaller components and we can also offer surface grinding to help ensure the thickness is accurate and the finish quality is high. We can quote for a variety of services that include, surface grinding, drilling and general machine finishing, shotblast/surface treatment/coating and heat treatment.
