We offer a selection of severe duty stud partitions up to 20m in height, with most of the products in the range having fire ratings of between 30 minutes and 2 hours. We offer a proficient survey of your premises to help you determine which system is right for you and then provide an immediate quote. We aim to complete installations within 2 weeks. Our industrial high bay walls are designed to be suitable for any building. We take into account the different characteristics of each site, looking at factors such as wind pressure loadings, wall height, fire and acoustic ratings, building control regulations and a great deal more. We offer 2 composite wall systems. The CP120 is up to 26m high with a 2 hour fire rating and 32dB acoustic rating. As well as great thermal values resulting in energy savings, the system is flexible, being fully demountable. The CP60, also up to 26mm high, has a 32dB acoustic rating and a fire rating of 1 hour. Once again, excellent thermal values are achieved.
Our insulated sectional overhead doors give both better security and improved thermal properties. Made up of panels filled with high density CFC-free polyurethane foam, our sectional doors are available in a range of formats in sizes ranging from 895mm x 2020mm to 1145mm x 2020mm. Made from high performance gypsum, the Fermacell F90FL floor system comes in thicknesses of 30mm to 80mm. The F90FML gypsum floor incorporates 10mm of mineral wool insulation on Fermacell level compound and is available in thicknesses from 40mm to 90mm. The F90FM has an overall thickness of 30mm. All three flooring systems have a 90 minute fire rating and will provide high quality acoustic sound and thermal insulation. We design and install a range of fire/acoustic partition systems. Our F series provides partitions up to 20m high, with fire ranges from 1 to 4 hours. We take care to design and install systems that are sturdy, robust and very long lasting. The F series of partition systems all come with a 10 year warranty and stand up to severe duty. All have excellent acoustic properties, with, for example, the F60S boasting an acoustic rate of 54dB. We work efficiently and we work quickly so that our systems are usually fully installed and ready for use within 2 weeks of ordering.
In order to ensure that our customers get exactly the solution they are after, we have a number of upgrade options available for our F series PJS partition systems. We can offer additional security and waterproofing. We can make the partition systems resistant to chemicals and provide additional robust options and concrete poured cavity.
