  • Design - Either board layout or full design.

  • PCB Assembly -                                     We will cater for volume requirement, from single figures to many thousands. 
  • Surface Mount PCB Assembly -                2 surface mount lines with capacity to pick and place up to 20,000 components an hour. Both surface mount machines are equipped with the hydra head and have full vision for accurate placement. 
  • Conventional PCB Assembly -       Separate area and tooling where all lead-free soldering and assembly is done.

  • Wire and Cable Harness Assembly - Capable of producing simple to very complex cable harness assemblies in any volume, and can offer a rapid turn-round to meet our customers schedules.

  • Inspection -                                  Dedicated inspection areas and personnel carried out in accordance to IPC-A-610, all board assemblies undergo AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection). 

 
  • BGA Inspection - Using our own BGA optical inspection equipment we look for any shorts or soldering problems that may have occurred during assembly. A BGA X-ray service which will provide full 3D X-ray inspection can be provided.
  • Test - ATE, Function Test, Bespoke Test and ESS.
