MOHS Workplace Health is an independent provider of occupational health and employee wellbeing to both the public and private sector.

Our high quality, cost effective services include health surveillance/screening for compliance and duty of care; absence management; medical assessments; travel health advice and vaccinations; proactive wellbeing and health promotion initiatives as well as onsite clinical support.  All clinical personnel are peripatetic and have their own transport. 

We operate three fully equipped mobile screening units, bringing our health and wellbeing services to clients' premises.  We also provide mental health services including counselling and CBT therapies; mental health first aid (MHFA) training; stress management and personal resilience training; and physiotherapy.

MOHS also has a training arm which offers first aid at work training and health & safety training including IOSH workplace safety courses, manual handling and ergonomic, workplace and noise assessments.

We operate from a single medical centre based in West Bromwich, near jct 1 of the M5, close to all major road/rail networks.  The centre offers consulting rooms, psychology suite and modern training facility, and is also a yellow fever registered centre. 

MOHS was set up in West Bromwich in 1962 as a registered charity (no 230407) by a group of local industrialists concerned about the lack of nursing and first aid provision in local factories and foundries.  Since then, we have significantly grown our service portfolio, attracted a client base outside the Midlands and have gone through several name changes to reflect our changing status from local to national provider.

As a registered charity, we are committed to engaging with our employees, our clients and the community in which we operate. We have no shareholders to satisfy so all surplus profit is invested back into the business to allow continual development and improvement of services.
