Our proven Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) technology efficiently processes powders, granules and tablets, and operates across a range of manufacturing industries, including food, pharmaceutical, chemical and metal powders.
Each Matcon IBC incorporates our unique Cone Valve technology which offers controlled discharge of material without the risk of segregation, bridging or blocking; even for some of the most difficult to handle powders. Cohesive materials can be stimulated to flow, whilst very free-flowing powders can be controlled.
Our ability to overcome these challenges, combined with the emphasis we place on hygiene and containment, means we have a well-established customer portfolio which includes both national and multi-national companies and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) alike, most notably in the Infant Nutrition, Beverage, Food Ingredient and Bakery sectors.
We supply single IBCs through to complete powder handling systems, covering all process operations from recipe Formulation through Mixing/Blending, to Packing and Cleaning.
