Screwed In Manifold Systems

Our screwed-in manifold systems are manufactured from high grade materials in order to be tough and durable in their use. They feature a bushing shank which is screwed into the manifold with direct contact and secured in place by a nut. This process provides effective heat profile between the manifold and the bushing making the system effective for use with many materials and applications. Single Valve Gate Brushing

We have more than thirty years experience in the hot runner business and have provided many happy customers with excellent solutions. Our Single Valve Gate Brushing system features double cylinders, can be air or oil operated and provides high pin pressure when needed. It also features an excellent heat profile to enable the use of heat sensitive materials and many build-in possibilities are available to reduce costs for the mold maker. Our screwed in systems provide excellent heat profile qualities between the manifold and the bushing. They feature a bushing tank that is screwed into the manifold with direct contact and is held in place by a nut, high grade steel for use with aggressive materials and provides less work for the mold maker, and less risk for maintenance requirements. New Single Gate Valve

Our Double Cylinder Single Valve Gate Bushing is an approved high quality system designed for moulding with hot runner technology. Our highly experienced engineers have used old and new techniques to create this effective equipment. The New Single Gate Valve System features a Powerblock™ with double cylinders for high pin pressure (when needed) with either oil or air.
