Long Technology Limited are based in Huntly, Aberdeenshire and have been operating for over 25 years. We specialise in the design of Mubea Disc Spring Stacks for the oil and gas industry, including standard materials and exotic alloys.   We are sole European importers and distributors of Darcor Castors and Wheels.  We want to provide our customers with unbeatable quality and service and this is why we have two of the worlds leading specialist manufacturers. We are also proud of that fact that in the last four out of five trading years, we have set new records for orders received. 

All of our employees are from the Huntly area and it is for this reason that we try to give back to community which we do this by creating employment as well as supporting local groups and activities. 

Mubea Standard Disc Springs

In partnership with Mubea, we have been providing disc springs to the oil and gas industry since 1988. The disc springs are manufactured with the most modern production equipment in the world which means the finished product will be one of the best available. Mubeas standard disc springs have a high load capacity with a small spring deflection and can be used for both static and dynamic loads. These products are also extremely versatile and can be personalised for use with different assemblies available as well as various coatings to choose from.

Mubea Disc Springs Generation II

The second generation of disc springs from Mubea offer different specifications including a higher durability and the potential to reduce assemble space. Customers will be glad to hear that this new generation of springs has an extended lifespan with over 2 million cycles possible which is ten times longer than standard springs. The reduction in assemble space is thanks to a smaller diameter of spring and can lead to various benefits such as a reduction in system size, weight and the overall cost.

Darcor Castors & Wheels

Darcor has been established since 1931 and are dedicated to manufacturing leading-edge castors and wheels for even the most demanding of jobs. The company are always developing more sophisticated and cost effective products with a emphasis put on moving into even more industries. The products themselves blend ergonomic principles with advanced materials to produce a sophisticated solution. The process does not stop there though, Darcor put their products through the mill and test them rigorously to assure their productivity and health and safety.

Darcor Special Application Castors

The special application castors from Darcor, represent one of the companies most specific and personalised ranges. Products include single castors such as 31-SD403-PSE or the heavy duty 8216-YU all the way to the multiple castor, Turtle range. The tur-5274-PSE and Tur-52KP3406-PD feature three separate series of swivel castors and can carry maximum weights of up to 16,800 lbs, per castor. Examples of applications for these types of products include the mining industry, the studio, stage and theatre.
