Loaders

Lewis Equipment are the compact tractor specialists. Our full range of innovative Quick-fit Loaders are extremely versatile, as they are available with a full range of attachments. They can be mounted on most tractors, and can be removed again safely in under two minutes, leaving the bracketry on the tractor and loader safely in place. 
 
Parallel lifting is now an option on our larger loaders, and we have standardised our bucket quick hitch systems on our loaders which are 15QH, to further increase flexibility with the selection of attachments available.
 
Our range includes the 15HQ Loader, which is the smallest machine and ideal for small compact tractors for use in small gardens, stables and other tight spaces. The 18QH Loader has two bucket rams, increasing its capacity to reach, and also features a quick hitch bucket mechanism for fast bucket change. The 25QH Loader is for tractors in the 30HP range, and comes with the option of parallel lift for maintenance and pallet fork lift work. The 35QH Loaders are for more professional tractor users, as the bucket quick hitch system and parallel lift option is able to meet more demanding conditions. The 38QH Loader has longer arms for a greater reach, and is designed for larger tractors, with parallel lift optional. Finally, the 48QH Loader is our largest loader, and suitable for tractors up to 60HP. The robust chassis allows the greatest lift and reach of our range.

Loader Attachments

Our vast range of high quality attachments are designed to accommodate all types of loader, for almost any requirement, and come in a choice of selection from 15QH, to 18QH and 25-48QH.

Our 15QH loader accessories include loader dozer blades for grading, scraping and snow plough projects, a 7 tine much fork and grab for picking up loose materials, a bolt-on muck grab multi basket attachment, and a 1.1m plain bucket, for all types of loading applications and excavations.
 
Our 18QH attachment series includes 1.0m and 1.2 plain buckets for all loading applications, a flexible 1.2m 4-in-1 bucket for grabbing, lifting, carrying and grading, a spring-loaded hydraulic 1.4m loader dozer blade for grading, scraping and snow ploughing, a 7 tine muck fork, muck grab and multi bracket attachment, also for lose materials and manure, a formal hedge cutting loader hedge trimmer and pallet forks.
 
In our 25 – 48QH attachment series, we can supply a 7 and 9 tine muck grab multi bucket attachment, for very lose materials, as well as a large range of additional essential loader attachments. Backhoes

Our complete range of backhoes are specially designed to fit almost all makes of tractor, from 15HP up to 60HP and above. The clever design means quick attachment and easy removal, to assist you in your project. 
 
Our backhoes come in three ranges – the 100, 300 and 400 series. Usually, the frame of the backhoe is mounted to the frame of the Lewis loader, which negates the need for additional tractor brackets. And, as is expected with all Lewis products, it will be painted to match the colour of your existing tractor.
 
Lewis Backhoes units usually fit using a robust beam and tractor-mounted chassis system, though a 3-point linkage can also be used on some machines, and once used with a Lewis loader you will not need any additional tractor chassis brackets. Our tractor beam attachment system is fast, reliable and highly stable, for your peace of mind.
 
The Lewis backhoe range is designed to accommodate a wide variety of sizes and uses, and includes the compact 110 Centre Pivot, 120 Centre Pivot, 120S Sideshift, 310 Centre Pivot, 320 Centre Pivot, 320 Sideshift, 410S Sideshift, 420 Centre Pivot and 420S Sideshift. Badger III

Ask us today about the Badger III - a versatile compact backhoe loader that’s suitable for a wide variety of projects. 
 
It comes with a standard front bucket and 24-inch rear bucket, offering adaptable features depending on the job. With a powerful 37kW 4 cylinder Isuzu engine, 2 and 4 wheel drive, optional hydraulic feature and a top speed of 26km per hour, it is a very popular option.
 
The Badger III comes with cab heater, opening rear glass doors, swivel seat, front and rear lights and a 3200m max digging depth. It also boasts a 180 degree slew arc, 2780kg bucket tear out force, and 533mm stabiliser leg stroke.

Snow/Dozer Blades

Lewis are pleased to offer a full selection of snow and dozer blades. 
 
Our Universal Front Mounted options include 1.4m, 1.6m and 1.8m Universal tractor mounted dozer blades, which are ideal for grading, scraping and dozing all year round, as well as snow ploughing during the winter. Each has manual angling as standard, as well as spring-loaded glide-over mechanism for use on rough ground, hydraulic lifting and height-adjustable skids to avoid damage.
 
Lewis’ Out-Front Mower Mounted choice includes 1.4m, 1.6m and 1.8m Out front mower blades – each with manual angling as standard, as well as spring-loaded glide-over mechanism for use on rough ground, hydraulic lifting and height-adjustable skids.
 
Our Loader Mounted options include 25-48QH 1.4m, 1.6m and 1.8m loader dozer blades, also ideal for grading, scraping and dozing all year round, as well as snow ploughing during the winter. Each has manual angling as standard, as well as spring-loaded glide-over mechanism for use on rough ground, hydraulic lifting and height-adjustable skids to avoid damage.
 
Our 3-point Linkage Types include 1.4m, 1.6m and 1.8m 3PL rear dozer blades. As well as offering the above features, they are mounted on standard CAT1 3-point linkage.

Trailers

Trailers are an essential addition to most projects, and Lewis Equipment Ltd are pleased to offer a selection of durable, highly versatile trailers that feature our unique custom paint, which can be matched to your existing tractor colour. 
 
Our 1.25 tonne standard tipping trailer with handbreak features a drawbar stand, flotation tyres, removable sides, and 23x10.5x12 wide turf tyres. Its hydraulics are compatible with a tractor and it is made of a heavy duty construction, for all conditions. We also have a 1.25 tonne standard tipping trailer without brakes, which boasts similar features.
 
Our 2 tonne 3-way tipping with handbrake option includes a drawbar stand, flotation tyres, removable sides, and 26x1200x12 wide turf tyres, as well as a heavy duty construction and the ability to tip side to side as well as backwards. A 2 tonne standard tipping option with handbreak, and 2 tonne without break, is also available.

Rotary Mowers

Our popular rotary mowers come in a choice of mid mounted and diesel out front, depending on the scale, model and conditions. 
 
Our mid mounted mowers include the 1.2m mid-mounted lower deck, which is made from a heavy gauge robust steel construction with heavy duty gearboxes, belts and pulleys. Its large blade overlap ensures a high quality finish, and the covered belts and anti-scalp rollers limit grass damage. It is easily fitted to most models, and has variable height adjustment. The 1.5m and 1.8m mid-mounted mower decks are also available with similar features.
 
For diesel out front options, look no further than the range at Lewis. We have a selection of 1.2m, 1.5m and 1.8m out front mower decks, each of which has a heavy gauge robust steel construction, with heavy duty gearboxes, belts and pulleys. The deck height can be electronically controlled from the operator’s seat, and the large blade overlap ensures a high-end finish each time. The safely covered belts and anti-scalp rollers also limit damage to the grass.

Trenchers

Our choice of trenchers is guaranteed to suit your requirements, no matter how small or large they may be. We can offer both tractor trenchers and pedestrian trenchers. 
 
Our tractor trenchers include the 36” and 48” 3PL Trenchers with Auger, which are category 1, 3-point mountings for 25-50 PTO hydrostatic tractors. They can also be used with non-hydro tractors with a slow creep speed – just ask us for more details. Features include a PTO shaft driven with heavy duty slip clutch, for overload protection, heavy duty gearbox and chain drive system, and they are also covered by a 1 year warranty, for your peace of mind.
 
Lewis’ pedestrian trenchers include the pedestrian trencher manual, and pedestrian trencher hydrostatic. The TR50 range is driven by a manual pull-along ratchet mechanism, and is designed for trenching works for cable and pipe laying in gardens and other outside areas. It has manual depth control, and offers trenching speeds vary from 20-40 metres per hour, with loose soil being displaced by the auger to the trench side. It is an ideal option for fast and easy trenching work, as it minimises the disruption to the surroundings. The TR60 range is a hydrostatic system with hydraulic depth control, and is also designed for trenching works for cable and pipe laying in gardens and other outside areas. It offers trenching speeds vary from 20-40 metres per hour, with loose soil being displaced by the auger to the trench side, and also minimises the disruption to the surroundings as it is fast and easy to use.
