We offer a comprehensive range of filter presses, whether you want manual, semi-mechanical of fully mechanical presses. Our quality filter plates are ideal for high temperature applications, with heat stabilised polypropylene up to 95°C PVDF. We offer membrane plates with integrally moulded polypropylene or detachable polypropylene EP or EPDM. You can choose between either side bar or overslung options. To help you efficiently maintain your filter press we offer a comprehensive range of spare parts, many of which are held in stock to provide same day despatch. We supply replacement filter plates suitable for most brands of filter press, as well as filter plate spares. We have filter cloths in sizes from 250mm2 to 2100mm2. Our electrical spares include photo electric safety barriers, control panel spares, proximity switches, pressure transducers and more. You will also find filter belts, spatulas, pumps, leak detectors and all hydraulic spares. Whether you need an emergency repair, our highly experienced engineers can help and can advise over the telephone or come to your site. We also provide general servicing.
We can undertake filtration trials in-house or at your site. In-house testing in our laboratory is suitable for carrying out basic trials on small sample volumes. If you choose on-site trials, we come with our fully equipped test rig that has everything needed for the test work. Our mobile test rig is suitable for conventional and membrane filtration up to 20 bar. If cake washing or air blowing is called for, we can carry this out on our rig. You can discuss your test work requirements with us and receive expert and helpful advice.
We offer a range of filter press pumps in Ram sizes from 110 to 495. On all models, the reciprocating piston pump and electrically powered hydraulic unit form an integrated pump set. Our pumps are ultra-durable and long-lasting, with a working life likely well over 20 years. Such longevity is assured by our expert design and robust construction. The hydraulic cylinder that drives the pump is made to off-shore specifications and designed to provide effective and durable, yet quiet, operation.
