Horizontal & Vertcal Spindle Borers

The Tos 100A borer features a horizontal spindle (diameter 100mm), spindle taper ISO 50, 1250mm x 1250mm table and 1120mm vertical travel. It also features a 1600mm cross travel, 1250mm long travel, boring spindle support, power rotary table and four axis Heidenhein D.R.O. This machine was manufactured in 2008 and is located in Birmingham.

CNC Machining Centres

The Hardinge Bridgeport 600P3 5 axis vertical CNC machining centre was manufactured in 2006 and remains in excellent condition. It features Heidenhein TNC 520 controls, 600mm X axis, 510mm Y axis and 510mm Z axis. It also features a BT40 spindle and operates at spindle speeds of up to 8000 rpm. The Hardinge Bridgeport 600P3 is supplied complete with a 4^th and 5^th axis rotary table, Renishaw probing and tooling.

Deep Hole & Radial Drills

This machine features a drilling diameter range from solid 4.75-38.1mm, drilling depth of 12.7-762mm, table size of 508mm x 762mm and centre height of 250mm. Cylindrical & Surface Grinders

We supply various types of cylindrical grinders such as:

• Tos BUB 50A: this unit features capacity 500mm diameter x 2000mm between centres wheel size 500 x 80 x 203mm  bore, 9.5kW motor, swivel wheelhead, workhead, table and more.
• Jones and Shipman 1302: this double swivel unit features 14" diameter x 27" between centres wheel size 12" x 1" x 5" bore complete with internal spindle. It also features dressing attachment and coolant imperial dials.
• Jones and Shipman 1307: this single swivel unit features 14" diameter x 40" between centres wheel size 12" x 1" x 5" bore complete with magnetic chuck, internal spindle, dressing attachment and more.
