AX Series

Our AX series machines come directly from the KraussMaffei portfolio. They are fast, energy efficient, precise and economical, offering a practical and cost-effective solution to many injection moulding requirements. These all-electric machines are engineered to deliver high repeatability and stable processes with minimal resource consumption. CX Series

MX Series

Our MX series injection moulding machines are designed to deliver sustained performance under demanding conditions. They are available with clamp forces from 850 to 4000 tonnes. Even these high-tonnage models are very compact and efficient, with fast cycle times and high productivity – in fact they are amongst the fastest machines of their kind in the market. Automation Products

KraussMaffei offers three robot ranges: the LRX, IR and SR Series. Standard models from these series are perfectly tuned for use with our injection moulding machines (from the AX, CX, EX, MX and GX series). LRX, IR and SR series control systems can either be fully integrated in the machine’s controller or supplied as stand-alone systems.  By also integrating standard components such as conveyor belts and safety guards, KraussMaffei are able to offer complete manufacturing cells that conform to CE regulations.

Reaction Process Machinery

We offer a range of machines and systems for processing polyurethane, raw materials and other reactive materials with foaming agents. These allow you to create mouldings in a single step through a relatively simple process of chemical reaction.
