As part of our service we can develop complete solutions for the design and manufacture of holding fixtures and the creation of application programmes. To complement this, we provide software and operator training to ensure the best possible results are reached. Kinematic are fully equipped to carry out or arrange the service and calibration of practically all makes and models of CMM including certification for a range of standards including ISO and UKAS. Using only highly trained engineers and manufacturer-approved components, Kinematic can ensure that CMMs are calibrated in line with international standards of accuracy. Your service and calibration information is retained on our database so that we always have up to date information available. Kinematic are agents for Brown & Sharpe’s CMM Upgrade Service. If you have a CMM that is not meeting your requirements and which you would like to bring into line with current specifications without the cost of total replacement, just send us the details of your machine and its configuration and one of our engineers will be in touch to discuss with you the benefits that a conversion might bring to your business. An upgrade will usually entail faster processor speeds, a larger drive capacity and improved software, but there are many different ways in which it can enhance the performance of your CMM. Probing, Styli, Fixturing and Design.
