E-systems

Offering the highest level of 24/7 security and excellent key management, our Keytracker E systems have been developed with Ecos systems GmbH which uses high tech hardware in conjunction with a simple admin system for the ultimate in ease of use. The E system can be adapted for domestic or business applications ad is ideal for anyone requiring high priority key cards or panic alarms. It has been proven to offer a fast return on investments and it comes with a choice of access options; pin code, proximity card, fingerprints or breathalyser. The door variants are solid steel, bullet proof polycarbonate or roller shutter. The E systems are available in a variety colours and can be integrated into your exiting control system.

iLockerz – Intelligent Locker Systems

Using our revolutionary RFID iTagz technology to tag items, iLockerz is a secure way to track and record the history of any important assets. The iLockerz system ensures that only the designated people have access to the items and also provides a full audit trail of who has entered the systems and what they have removed along with a HD photo. The iLockerz has been used by a range of industries over the 16 years it has been in operation and it has been shown to save time, improve efficiency ad maximum security.

Digital Key Box

Keytracker provider digital key boxes that can be wall mounted and will hold either a large bunch of keys with a long key shank or a couple of bunches of standard keys, They provide an ideal solution to companies or premises where there is a need to protect keys out of normal office working hours, they are also ideal for remotes sites or just to store spare sets of keys.

Electronic Key Deposit

Our 24 hour automated key dispensing machine, the Service Express 24 enables customers or colleagues to simply input a unique 5 digit pin to gain access and dispense the keys. It comes with a fully customisable ‘Welcome Screen’ as well as allowing the users to turn on or off set questions which can be used to gauge customer’s satisfaction. Made from heavy duty 12 gauge stainless steel with a hard wearing black powder coated finish, it features a multi point locking system that is practically impenetrable. The SE24 is easy to install and will fit on any wall surface and once it is connected it is ready to use. The SE24 has option of 10 -40  actuators that can be adapted to suit any service, facility or budget.

Vehicle Tracking

Keytracker supply GPS fleet vehicle tracking and insurance approved CAT 5 vehicle trackers that ca be used by either commercial or domestic clients. They can be simply wired to the vehicle or battery operated trailer tracker. Our trackers will work on all types of vehicle from a fleet of vans to a high powered sports car. They are an excellent way to prevent theft as well as being able to effectively monitor fuel consumption.

Software

Our Keytracker software package provides up to five users with an initial 12 month licence. The programme is easy to use and can be tailored to the specific nature of your business. It is an ideal package for companies that have a high volume of keys as it offers users a system that is simple to operate as well as being extremely costs effective. In addition we are able to provide multiple user licences on request.

Keytracker Pegboard

A mechanical storage board for up to 100 keys, the Keytracker Pegboard uses a ‘peg in – peg out’ system. Each tray is made from moulded plastic and has five key positions with each position offering a choice of having a Retention peg or Access peg securely locked in, this enables clear visibility of who has been using the peg, as only one peg can be locked in place at any time. The desired board size is held together using stainless steel frame and the Keytracker board comes in various colours with the option of alpha or numeric engraving of up to three digits. The Keytracker board can be re-sited or added to, allowing for a completely modular system.

Locktracker 5 Locks

Made from a stainless steel frame to allow for easy fixing to a wall or onto a pegboard wall mount, the Individual Keytracker Single Track (M5G) comes with five Locktracker Padlocks and five Access Pegs. The system is easily accessible during working hours or can be simply removed if it needs to be stored overnight either on the premises or elsewhere. The Locktracker Padlock offers the security of only being accessible by a named member of staff who has their initials or a numerical reference etched on the end of the peg, which identifies who released the Locktracker Padlock. The Individual Single Track is available in black with the Locktracker Padlocks available in yellow, white, red, green, blue and grey.

Locktracker Padlock

We manufacture the Locktracker Padlocks to work especially with the Keytracker Pegboard unit. The padlock comes complete with a built in Retention Peg which will lock in the peg board in the same way as the key peg system. Each member of staff with a nominated access peg will be able to unlock the padlock and the peg will stay safely attached to the board until the padlock has been returned and is secure. The related padlocks can be numbered and coloured to match the current system or the colours can be modified by the users to signify different areas or types of equipment. Either the same board or different boards can be controlled by using our Locktracker Padlocks and Standard Retention Pegs.

Original Access Peg

Designed specifically to be used with our Keytracker board, our Original Access Pegs are given to staff members in order for them to unlock keys or key bunches. Easy to use, the peg is simply inserted into the key position port hole and locked on the right hand side which is then turned anti clockwise to unlock the key bunch and the key retaining peg. The access peg can then not be removed again until the key retaining peg is returned and locked into place by turning it clockwise to lock it. Usually it is best to engrave the end with the initials of the staff members, although any configuration of three alpha or numeric digits can be used.

Original Retention Peg

Keytracker’s Original Retention Peg is designed to be used with a secure anti-tamper seal in order to lock the key or key bunch together. The smooth end of the peg is engraved with the porthole number which it relates to and the locked into the left hand porthole position. Keytracker are able to engrave three digits of any alpha or numeric combination and they can be designed to match the format of the porthole stickers.

Anti-Tamper Seals

Used with either Mechanical Pegboards or Electronic Cabinet systems, Keytracker’s Anti Tamper Seal are an extremely popular choice. Although we supply anti tamper seals in several colours, the writable white version remains the primary colour of choice for our customers.  We can also provide security seals in red that can feature random embossed numbering which can prove useful in key auditing. To add additional length or a superior level of security and flexibility our seals can be used with either the Mechanical Pegboard or Electronic cabinet systems. If attaching your anti tamper seal to a vehicle’s card shaped keys or that don’t instantly appear to have a point of connection, one of our Renault Key Holders or a Mercedes Benz Key pouch can be used. Keytracker are also able to provide personalised seal stickers on request.

Steel Keyring Tool Set

These useful tools can be purchased separately or as one handy set. Their primary use is to ensure a high level of security for the key ring seal on a bunch of keys. The stainless steel keyring tool set can only be opened with a steel cutter and the tool set can be used with other units for added security and protection. Each colour has a specific function, the grey metal steel closer holds the steel ring in places so that either the green or pink steel closers can be used to cut or seal the steel ring.

Mirror Hangers

Mirror Hangers present the perfect solution to the automotive industry as they provide a quick and easy way for customers and staff to identify the required vehicle without the need for waiting for demonstrations or moving around the pitch. Mirror Hangers work in conjunction with Keytracker Mechanical Pegboard system; with the number printed on the Mirror Hanger corresponding to the number the keys for the vehicle are locked onto. We can provide Mirror Hangers in the same colours as Retention Pegs, although we tend to find that black print on a white background gives the strongest impression. The Mirror Hangers are printed on both sides and can be customised to your specifications to include the name of your company, logo or other unique text.

Magnetic Blocks

The Magnetic Block System is the perfect option in areas where there is limited storage available and is often used by the automotive repair industry. The blocks have an accompanying key tag board, the block can be situated on highest visible point, where it will remain and offers an easy way to locate keys. Available in bright colours to also help increase visibility, block and key tags comes in sets and multiples of 20 for example, 1-20, 21-40, 41-60.  In addition, Keytracker can provide whole magnetic block systems with special storage board and complimentary key tags as well as or individual components or replacements if required.

Mechanical Cabinets

For additional security for your Pegboard system, Keytracker manufacture Mechanical Pegboard Cabinets made from powder coated steel. The cabinets come in a choice of five sizes that precisely fit our pegboard sizes and are self-closing with four-point night shoot bolts and a digital code lock entry that comes complete with key override. One of our standard cabinets will easily fit a board on the back and one on the inside of the door, whereas a slim cabinet will accommodate a single board. As the larger cabinets are quite weighty we recommend that they are only fitted to solid wall, however if this isn’t a viable option our cabinet stand, available in two complimentary options, will support the cabinet as well as being able to store other items such as anti-tamper seals or mirror hangers.
