Powerprime - Visit our website

Powerprime is a single post pneumatic unit that gives a positive prime to the pump, allowing products of up to 150,000 cPs to be pumped cold. An integrated wiper ring on the follower plate clears the inner walls of the drum to remove the maximum amount of material. Powerprime pump primers are available in painted or stainless steel configuration, and may be supplied as mobile or static units. They may also be modified to suit various types of container or vessel.

Find out more by visiting www.kecol.co.uk.

Maxiprime - Visit our website

Maxiprime is a twin cylinder pressure priming system that can be used together with a Kecol stubby piston pump to maintain a positive prime when pumping pastes and high viscosity materials that do not flow. As the product level falls, an attached follower plate clears the sides of the drum to move the maximum amount of material.

Maxiprime is available in a painted or stainless steel construction, and may also be supplied as a mobile or static unit.

Articulated Powerlift - Visit our website

This is a floor mounted, single post pneumatic unit that is used to raise and lower Kecol pumps. The articulated arm allows the pump to transfer materials from pallet mounted drums without removing them from the pallet, thereby avoiding a number manual complications Articulated Powerlift units are available in a painted or stainless steel construction, and may be modified to suit various vessels or containers.

You can find out more about Powerlift by visiting www.kecol.co.uk or by giving the Kecol team a call on 01746 764311.

Megaprime - Visit our website

Megaprime is a twin cylinder pressure priming system that can be used together with a Kecol stubby piston pump in order to maintain a positive prime when pumping materials of the very highest viscosity (up to 10,000 poise viscosity 'COLD'). An attached follower plate wipes the sides of the vessel clean as the product level falls, ensuring optimum material transfer.

Megaprime units are built to order, and are therefore suitable for drums, IBCs and mixing vessels of various sizes and shapes. They may be supplied in a painted construction for industrial and chemical applications or in a stainless steel construction for hygienic applications. The Megaprime priming system is used throughout the world to transfer pastes in a clean, quiet and efficient manner.
