Concrete Wall Panels

Here at JP Concrete Products Ltd, we are pleased to supply an excellent range of pre-stressed concrete panels suitable for a range of installations including: agricultural and industrial buildings, grain stores, silage clamps, slurry stores, salt barns, storage bays and more. These panels have been expertly designed and created to BS8110 standard and are available in a range of sizes to suit specific customer requirements.

Alongside our standard range of pre-stressed concrete wall panels, we are also pleased to provide a bespoke service whereby we can customise panels to suit specific size requirements.

All panels are supplied complete with galvanised steel fixing bolts, plates and sealant.

Retaining Walls

We also supply a fantastic selection of pre-cast concrete retaining walls. These walls are supplied in a range of formats to suit different customer and project requirements.

The range includes:

• Bolt down: these walls are quick and easy to install and do not require additional fixing or support. They are widely used for projects where there is no pre-existing framework.
• Cast in: these walls feature a distinctive L-shaped reinforcement bar for installation into concrete floor slabs.
• Heavy-duty: our heavy-duty retaining walls are designed to suit more demanding projects and can reach up to 4000mm in height. They are also designed to withstand excessive loads and surcharges.
• Freestanding: these flexible walls provide users with a cost effective construction solution. No foundation work is required.

Freestanding Units

JP Concrete Products Ltd is pleased to supply top quality freestanding retaining walls in a range of sizes. Freestanding walls are widely used to create adjustable bay sizes in areas such as: grain stores, silage clamps, waste transfer stations, recycling centres, aggregate bays and more.

Alongside our standard range of freestanding walls, we have the facilities and capabilities to customise units to meet specific customer/ project size requirements.

Concrete Barriers

We are also pleased to supply high quality concrete barriers. These units are supplied in standard sizes of 1500mm, 2500mm and 3000mm and can be easily bolted together. Our concrete barriers can be easily branded with informative signs, information or corporate branding upon request.

Concrete barriers are widely used to create permanent security barriers in a range of settings or as temporary road blocks to channel traffic.

Alongside the supply of concrete barriers for permanent applications, we also offer a national concrete barrier hire service as a cost effective solution for temporary projects.

Concrete Lego Blocks

Our concrete lego blocks have been carefully designed and created to suit a range of construction requirements such as storage bays, partition walls, security blocks and retaining walls. They are supplied as standard in size 1500mm x 750mm x800mm and weigh in at 2,100kg. These units feature two lifting anchors which are cast into the top of the block to enable easy transportation and installation. They can be delivered via our fleet of flatbed or craned vehicles to suit customer requirements.

Concrete Slurry Channels

Our concrete slurry channels have been expertly designed and moulded to create smooth channels for the safe and secure flow of slurry to storage tanks. They are supplied in two standard sizes: 2400mm x 1000mm x 1000mm or 2400mm x 810mm x 500mm and feature a tongue and groove joint for quick and easy installation.

Our concrete slurry channels can be supplied with optional precast end units and solid covers. Diagonal cattle slats and vehicle-loading slats (1000mm x 2400mm x 7”) are also available. Please get in touch with your requirements or to find out more.
 

Concrete Ballast Blocks

We supply top quality concrete ballast blocks in the following sizes:

• 650mm x 650mm x 900mm (910kg)
• 900mm x 900mm x 1000mm (1944kg)
• 2000mm x 2000mm x 600mm (5760kg)

Alongside our standard range of concrete ballast blocks, we also have the facilities and capabilities to create ballast blocks in sizes to suit specific project requirements.

All orders can be delivered via flatbed lorries or craned lorries to suit customer requirements. We hold large amount of items in stock at any one time in order to meet customer requirements quickly and efficiently. Customised orders take slightly longer to deliver. 

Cantilever Retaining Wall Panels

Our cantilever retaining wall panels are supplied in three widths: 1000mm, 1200mm and 1500mm. These panels are widely used for projects where a retaining wall without framework or a protruding toe is required. They may withstand loads on one or both sides to suit customer requirements and are installed and positioned in a foundation trench before being secured in place with concrete.

Cantilever retaining wall panels are an alternative solution to vertical cantilever concrete panels and L-shape retaining walls.
