Packaged Skid Units

We supply Standard Flange and Victaulic packaged skid units. These packages are assembled in a factory controlled environment or can be supplied in modular format ready for reassembly on-site. Our qualified engineers are available to undertake both onshore and offshore assembly. Skid packages can include Duty/ Assist/ Standby Pumps and associated Pipework with Isolation Valves, Strainers, Non-Return Valves, Pressurisation Units, Inertia Bases, Pressure Transducers, Pressure Gauges, Control Panels and more. Metallic Expansion Compensators

Our metallic expansion compensators have been expertly designed and manufactured to compensate for thermal growth, equipment movement, vibration or pressure pulsation within a piping system while containing pressure and the medium running through it. Units are designed to accommodate movement in the three axis: Axial Movement, Lateral Movement, and Angular Movement. They require little space for installation and do not require maintenance. Various configurations are available including Weld Ends (axial movements), Fixed Flanges (axial movements), Floating Flanges (axial movements), Reinforcement Rings (high pressure systems), Single Convolution (to limit over extension), Tie Rods (internal or external), Threaded and Jacketed (for insulation).

Flexible Connectors

ISL offers an extensive range of Maxi Flexible Connectors. Alongside our standard range we also offer Bespoke Flexible Connectors. Our highly skilled and experienced team produces top quality materials in-house in order to develop and manipulate them for bespoke applications. We recently developed the flexible connection range (part number: 1000/SE) for use in processes requiring food grade rated materials.1000/SE is a glass fabric based material featuring a white silicone coating which is FDA approved. It has undergone stringent post cure heat treatment to ensure that there is no contamination in food stuffs. 1000/SE is suitable for use in a temperature range of –60°C to +230°C.

MAXI™ Flexible Duct Connectors

Examples of the range include:

SCF-6: various types including Type A (silicone coated glassfabric based materials), Type B (neoprene coated glassfabric) and Type C (specialist materials featuring acoustic properties, chemical resistance or insensitive to buffeting). Operating temperatures from -50°C to +250°C

3 Ply Neoprene: various types including Type B (neoprene coated glassfabric based materials), Type A (silicone coated glassfabric) and Type C (specialist materials featuring acoustic properties, chemical resistance or insensitive to buffeting. Operating temperatures from -30°C to +100°C.

Thermal Insulation

Our thermal insulation range features:
 

• Turbine Structures Insulation: provide a pre-shapes high temperature flexible wrap-around cover manufactured from high quality heat resistant materials to suit various applications.
• Silicone Foam Insulation: specialised thermal insulation featuring a non-fibrous construction – manufactured from closed cell silicone foam. Suitable for temperature range from -60°C to +230°C.
• Calcium Silicate Insulation: high quality pre-formed insulation for pipe assemblies in hot process applications where fire protection and/or personal protection is required.
• Thermal Jackets: flexible wrap-around cover for heat retention, frost or personal protection for the industrial, petrochemical and off-shore industries.
