UK Services

With over 140 depots in the UK and Ireland, we’re able to provide a nationwide service. Our UK services include:

• Parcel Deliveries Guaranteed by 9.30am.
• Parcel Deliveries Guaranteed by 12 noon. 
• Standard Next Day Delivery.
• Saturday Services – By 10am or 12 noon.
• Freight Service – For items weighing between 31.5kg and 350kg.
• Offshore Deliveries – Next Day or Two-Day.

Logistics

Interlink Express has a dedicated logistics division which specialises in adding value to our customers’ supply chains. The service is tailored to your needs in order to ensure an efficient transfer from your production units to your customers. By holding your stock in dedicated warehouses at our Birmingham superhub, we’re able to ensure on-time deliveries according to specific customer schedules. 

Features of our service include:

• Pick and pack with late cut-off time for just-in-time deliveries
• Inventory management
• Collation of packs and kits
• Cross docking

Predict One-Hour Delivery Window

Predict is a system that allows Interlink Express to provide your customers with a one-hour delivery window so that they do not have to wait at home all day for their parcel. Customers are notified of this window by text or email – if the time is inconvenient for them, they can use the text or email to change the delivery date. 

All correspondence from Interlink Express to your customer can include your brand name.

International Services

Extensive ground and air network infrastructure throughout Europe and the world allows Interlink Express to offer a global delivery service. Working with our sister company DPD, we’ll get your parcels to their destination quickly, safely and securely. We offer flexible solutions for all your delivery and logistics requirements, so whether you need a parcel in Paris or a consignment in California, you can always rely on Interlink Express.

Europe

Close co-operation with our sister company DPD allows Interlink Express to offer one of the fastest, most reliable road-based delivery services in Europe. With more than 500 depots spread right across the continent and capacity for over 2 million parcels a day, we can offer transit times that are comparable to those offered by many air express couriers. Our standard European courier services are for parcels weighing up to 31.5kg and with dimensions no greater than 175cm x 300cm. For heavier or larger items, please contact your local Interlink Express office.

Air Express

Interlink Express uses an established air network to provide a global express delivery service. We’re able to deliver to more than 200 countries worldwide, and in many cases we can offer a next day service. Our Air Express activities are seamlessly integrated with our UK operations, putting the world at your fingertips and improving connections between businesses right across the globe.

Interlink Express has a dedicated Special Services division that offers a complete range of tailor-made delivery options (by air, road or sea) to meet the special requirements of our clients (where they are outside the scope of our standard services). This includes:
