Vacuum Test Kit

Triventek’s Vacuum Test Kit is used to carry out filter measurements of surface dust found in ductwork. It enables the user to objectively measure when a duct needs cleaning, as well as monitor and prove duct cleanliness after cleaning.

The Vacuum Test Kit has a high volume sampling pump that is capable of pulling more than the 15 litres per minute required by EN 15780 and NADCA ACR 2006 duct cleanliness or dirtiness measurements. However, its flow rate can also be reduced to 10 litres per minute for HVCA TR19, Swedish Boverket and other lower volume test protocols.

The Vacuum Test Kit is battery powered and can provide up to 4 hours of sampling time (enough for more than a week) on a single charge. It also comes complete with a magnetic template which facilitates measurement on all galvanised sheet steel ductwork, both circular and rectangular.

Video Demonstration of Duct Cleaning Equipment

We believe our duct cleaning equipment to be the best in world, and are more than willing to prove it. Triventek leads the way in product innovation and brings to market some of the most efficient, effective devices available. You can see these in action on Triventek’s video page. TDB Robot

This multi-functional, go-anywhere robot is able to clean, inspect, spray and repair ductwork all under the visual control of an operator. Capable of working in ductwork measuring anywhere from 200mm to approximately 2500mm in height, the TDB Robot provides a “does-it-all” ductwork maintenance solution for virtually all requirements. It is a particularly useful alternative where man-entry in hazardous or otherwise difficult circumstances is not an option. A lightweight (13kg) construction means it is easy to lift and manoeuvre into the duct, and a  4-wheel drive design with 30 metres of cable makes movement and control easy once inside the duct. The TDB Robot can carry out;

  • Dust inspections
  • Ductwork cleaning (both square and round)
  • Spraying

Jetvent Duct Cleaner

Triventek’s Jetvent Duct Cleaner is the culmination of many years’ experience in the duct cleaning industry. This powerful, effective device brings together the strength of an industrial engine and the lightweight, compact design of a modern Triventek technology, which together with special shaft technology provides a long term solution for ductwork cleaning.

Triventek’s innovative shaft technology is based on brush shafts that are specially designed and made to minimise breaks – they are also designed in such a way that they remain quick and easy to repair on-site in the event that they do happen to break. They comprise of a strong inner core made from the finest Solingen spring steel which is coated in a material that helps absorb vibration. This is surrounded by a layer of wires (or braiding) with enough flexibility to allow operation around bends. Finally there is a protective outer layer made from antistatic polypropylene.

Dry ice at half price in the Cold Chain

Triventek have developed an end-user focussed technology which recycles CO2 gases that are normally wasted during the process of dry ice products. This significantly improves the economics and operation convenience of dry ice for the cold chain. Triventek have implemented this technology in low cost equipment that provides unprecedented efficiency - in many cases this means payback periods of under 12 months.

  • Dry ice at half the price
  • Dry ice on tap – Improved dry ice availability
  • Reduced waste
  • Improved environmental performance
  • Greater efficiency in dry ice production
  • Lowest energy consumption per kilo of ice
  • Production in remote locations is possible

Find out more about the benefits of this new technology by heading over to the Triventek website.

Dry ice cleans with no damage, no mess, no residue, no electrical conductivity

Dry ice is one of the most effective cleaning agents available. It leaves no damage, no mess, no residue and has no electrical conductivity. That’s why more and more people are turning to dry ice for a cleaning solution. Triventek’s case studies page is full of examples that detail the ways in which it has been put to use.

Dry ice ‘on tap’ - fresh dry ice when you want it

The PE80 pelletizer is a highly mobile dry ice production system that can be used to produce pellets when and where they are needed – quickly, efficiently and cheaply. It is particularly useful in situations where it is difficult to calculate the precise amount of dry ice required for an operation. Overestimating or even underestimating the amount of dry ice required can be costly (especially if you are producing surplus material or are having to return to base for more). The PE80 offers an economical solution to this problem by providing dry ice on site as and when you need it.

Triventek dry ice blaster – tough enough for the contractor, economic enough for the occasional user

The TRIBLAST-3 Model BL60 is a dry ice production system capable of producing up to 250kg per hour, depending the size of pellet required. These can range from 1.7mm through to 4mm, though pellets sized at 2.2mm tend to be the most effective. The BL60 comes in an easy-access stainless steel cabinet that protects the dry ice feed system from dust and water, and is supplied with a choice of airlock plates for maximising dry ice flow rates.
