HTE Engineering Services Ltd is a leading developer and manufacturer of special purpose equipment for use in the automotive, electronic, medical, security and general manufacturing industries. From our state of the art production facility in Dunboyne, Ireland, we’re able to carry out a range of specialist engineering procedures, including:

Established in 2004, HTE Engineering Services Ltd has manufactured equipment for many leading companies in European industry and has a great deal of experience in mass production environments. All of our equipment is CE marked - a sign of quality and compliance with EC directives. 


We are also able to install, commission, maintain and support solutions outside of Europe. 


As well as offering its own engineering solutions, HTE can provide ultrasonic welding technologies from Mecasonic, HF & RF welding equipment from Zemat, hot plate welding equipment from Raima, and dispensing products from Bartec. HTE is the representative in Ireland for all four companies.

  • PulseStaker The “PulseStaker” process is a patented and versatile thermoplastics joining system used within industries as diverse as Contact lens manufacture to the assembly of automotive door finishers. The application of localised heat energy and absence of vibration render it ideal for delicate joining of products such as Printed Circuit boards, Safety Critical switches, thin metals & brittle ceramics to plastic housings, & non-woven fibres. The PLC controlled process supplies accurately timed “pulsed” electrical current to specially hardened metal tips which gradually melt the polymer into its desired shape. A controlled cycle of cool compressed air is then passed to the tip surface thereby consolidating the polymer. The resulting form is structurally strong with good aesthetics. Single or multiple joints of varying profile can be processed during each cycle.
