PCB Manufacturing Process

Every stage of the manufacturing process is assessed for quality and efficiency. We have several departments and machinery which are dedicated to creating your PCB to the highest standard. The process starts with front-end engineering where everything is design ruled/checked before going to the drill shop. Then the PCB takes on its final form in the wet shop. From there it goes to the dry film department, the silk screen department, after which it goes for “finishing”. After finishing we have a test department and then it goes for final inspection.
