Control Panels

Our experienced engineers work closely with customers to gain a clear understanding of what is required before undertaking design, engineering, and analysis steps. We work to ISO 9001 standards to ensure high quality throughout our work. Cable Looms

We use advanced technology in order to create products of the highest quality. Our high standard power presses and cutting machines are used to produce both small and large quantities of wiring harness, connecting cables, wires and looms. We have the capabilities and facilities to manufacture harnesses that range from one wire through to assemblies that have more than 100 wires. These can be completed in a range of finishes such as tape, cloth, PLV tube, convolute tube and high wear resistance plastic braid. Wiring Harness

At G & P Technology we have the capability to produce any amount of wiring harness including single wire assemblies and larger wire harnessing that exceeds 100 wires. Our experienced operators use power presses and cutting machines to produce wiring harness with a range of coverings including tape, cloth tape, pvc tubing, convolute tubing and high durability plastic braiding. G & P Technology offers a quick turnaround time from the initial order through to customer delivery. PAC Testing

G & P Technology utilises a Seaward Pac 500, Standard ST 5505 insulation tester to carry out Portable Appliance Testing (PAC Testing). Around 25 % of electrical accidents are caused by faulty appliances, according to the UK Health and Safety Executive. We can carry out PAC Testing on appliance used by employees and appliances that may be used by members of the public in areas such as hospitals, schools and hotels.
