Fluid is a specialist Human Resources consultancy providing solutions to help organisations retain the staff they want to keep, attract new individuals without advertising or using agencies, and select the right applicants. We are not a recruitment company and also offer a range of training courses. Unlike many consultancies we focus on improving quantitative measures such as absence, cost per hire, time per hire and attrition rate. Typically we draw on cutting-edge research including surveys, reports and press cuttings which we adapt to suit the values, beliefs, culture and budget of our client.
