Flowfresh

Flowfresh is an innovative antimicrobial resin flooring that uses natural silver ion based technology to reduce bacterial population on the floor’s surface by up to 99.9%. Flowfast MMA Flooring

Flowfast is a fast-curing methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin system that’s ready to use within just two hours of application, making it ideal for areas where a quick turnaround is needed in order to minimise disruption. It’s highly popular in the retail and commercial sectors, as well as in the mechanical, chemical and electronic goods industries where more lengthy downtimes could be costly. As well as being quick to cure, Flowfast offers excellent abrasion, wear, stain and slip resistance, can withstand thermal shock and impact, is easy to clean and delivers a seamless finish. It’s also available in a range of colours and textures to meet aesthetic requirements.

Deckshield

Deckshield is a car park surfacing product designed to enhance visual appearance, improve light reflectivity, reduce tyre squeal and prevent the ingress of water into the concrete structure. It is also fire rated and available a wide range of attractive colours and finishes, with the option of creating bright demarcation lines and signage that help to control traffic movement and improve car park safety. Isocrete K-Screed

Isocrete K-Screed is the name given to our range of sub-floor surfacing systems designed to smooth out and restore existing concrete prior to the overlay of technical coverings. These fast-drying, protein-free screeds deliver the strength needed for structural integrity and provide the base upon which a range of floor finishes can be laid, including tiles, carpet, vinyl, wood and seamless resins like those listed in the sections above. Isocrete K-Screeds have been used in hospitals, schools, leisure complexes, shopping centres, airports and sports stadia, as well as a variety of industrial environments. They are easy to install, can be used with underfloor heating products and are extremely fast-curing.

Mondéco

Offering an even more luxurious alternative to granite or marble tiles, our seamless terrazzo Mondéco systems give a super-stylish surface finish suited to a variety of upmarket commercial and industrial environments. They contain a creative mix of aggregates ranging from mother-of-pearl through to recycled glass, allowing virtually any colour or finish to be achieved. Also, because Mondéco systems are so flexible, they allow for almost any custom design or pattern to be swirled across the floor. Our seamless terrazzo systems are easily cleaned and maintained, can withstand high volumes of foot traffic, are abrasion and chemical-resistant, and come with a 25-year warranty.

Isowarm

Isowarm is the name given to our energy-saving underfloor heating systems that deliver invisible, controllable heat on demand. ATB-300®

ATB-300® uses shrink-free modified vinyl ester resin technology to protect against chemical, thermal and mechanical attack. Tested in some of the most demanding industrial environments, ATB-300® has been shown to resist highly concentrated acids, alkalis and solvents, to withstand extreme temperatures, and to endure mechanical shock – all without cracking or crazing. It is particularly suited for use in aggressive chemical or food processing plants, as well as manufacturing and industrial production facilities. Antistatic Flooring

Our electrostatic dissipating (ESD) systems utilise the latest in seamless resin flooring technology to eliminate static build-up and shock. They have been specially formulated to disperse static electricity in areas where sensitive components, gases, solvents or even explosives are frequently handled, such as in the electronics manufacturing industry or the chemical processing sector. Our History

Flowcrete was set up in 1982 by Peter Gibbins and his daughter Dawn. Starting out in a small manufacturing unit in the heart of Cheshire, Peter and Dawn worked around the clock to build the company upon solid foundations and to guarantee its long-term success in a very competitive marketplace. In 1984, Flowcrete secured its first major project for NATO, and a few years later the company was awarded its first Department of Trade and Industry Award for Innovation. By 1990, Flowcrete’s annual turnover had passed the £1m mark. 

The early 90s saw the company go from strength to strength, and by the end of the decade Flowcrete was stretching out and opening offices in Hong Kong, Thailand, China and the Czech Republic, as well as a manufacturing plant in Malaysia. Flowcrete grew still further throughout the ‘naughties’, and is today a truly international company with 29 commercial sales offices and eight manufacturing plants worldwide.
