Fibrepak Drums

Our Fibrepak drum range offers many advantages over other alternatives. Fibrepak drums are fully UN approved to packing groups II and III (Solids), are re-useable and recyclable, thermally recoverable and produced from Kraft which is sourced from sustainably managed forests and is 100% recyclable. Fibrepak Drums are suitable for packaging various materials such as powders, granules, pastes, solids, semi-liquids and hazardous products. They are widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, hot melt adhesives, welding wire and waste. Fibrepak drums are available for the storage of volumes up to 170 litres and are resealable and tamper-evident.

Leverpak Drums

Our Leverpak range is designed specifically for the packaging of powder, solid, semi-liquid and hazardous products. These drums are tough and robust to protect the contents inside effectively. They feature internal linings and barriers for added protection and can be printed with company logos, brand names and product information where required. Leverpak drums are UN approved to packaging groups I, II and III (solids). They are re-useable, recyclable and thermally recoverable. Leverpak drums are available in capacities from 20 litres up to 250 litres. These drums are widely used in markets such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, hot melt adhesives, welding wire and waste.

All Fibre Drums

Our all fibre drums are manufactured in two styles: Pattern 5, made from 100% renewable, sustainable virgin Kraft, and Ecodrum which is made from 100% recycled fibreboard. Both types of drum are expertly designed and manufactured for the packing of powder, solid and hazardous products. They are available with a choice of standard slip on lid or the All Fibre Flush system. Our fibre drum range features capacities from five litres up to 250 litres and can be customised to suit specific customer requirements. We also supply the Bitupak drum which is designed specifically for the packaging of solid setting products.

Square-Round Drums

Our square-round drums feature all of the benefits of our fibre drum but feature a square profile. They are available in a wide range of sizes and are an excellent shape for minimising storage space. The square-round drums are extremely strong due to their wound fibre body.  They can be supplied with either slip-over lids or flush fitting lids and may feature hand holes for handling purposes. Cylinders & Lids

Our range of cylinders provide excellent inner cores for reels of wire, cable and metal strip. Our cylinders are available with varying wall thicknesses from 1mm up to 20mm thick to suit different materials and applications. We also offer a thin walled, flat packed range to minimise storage space and handling. Our fibre lids are used as end protection caps for reeled products such as floor covering and film based products. They act to protect reel ends and prevent damage during transit and handling. Alongside our standard ranges, we also provide a bespoke service whereby we can tailor existing types or create from new to meet specific requirements.

Wastepak Drums

Our Wastepak drums provide an excellent alternative to steel drums. They are available in different capacities from 30 litres to 250 litres and can be customised to suit individual requirements. Our Wastepak drums are UN approved to packaging groups II and III (solids). They are designed to reduce incineration costs and are already used by various leading, global pharmaceutical manufacturers for the effective incineration of waste materials. Industrial Plastic Containers and Drums

We also supply the industry with rigid, plastic containers and drums with capacities from 5 litres to 220 litres. These containers and drums are available with open top or tighthead to suit specific requirements. They are UN approved for the packaging of dangerous goods. Pattern 3

Pattern 3 is a lightweight fibre drum designed specifically for the packaging of powders, solids, semi-liquids and various hazardous products. This versatile drum in UN approved for the packaging of dangerous goods (packaging groups I, II and III – solids). Pattern 3 drums are re-useable, recyclable and thermally coverable. They can feature internal barriers incorporated into the sidewall of the drum for added product protection if required. Various printing and decoration options are also available for brand identity. These drums are also supplied with optional fibre and plastic slip-over lids.

Carbon Footprint Project

We have also recently developed and carried out a project in conjunction with a leading university to calculate our carbon emissions with other variants such as plastic and steel. Fibrestar Drums at RWM Exhibition

Please also visit our website to find out some of our latest news. One of our recent posts covers our time at the Recycling and Waste Management Exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham. We received a number of enquiries about our Weather-proof Waste Drum, Mono-Material products and Carbon Footprint data and were able to share our expertise and meet other people in the industry. Our recently developed project, carried out in conjunction with a renowned university, means that we can provide carbon emissions data for our products. We can also provide comparison figures for the carbon emissions of our fibre drums and containers compared with other variants such as plastic and steel.
