A Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) composite, or fibreglass, is one of the most versatile construction materials available today. It can be very easily made into almost any shape, size and colour. This versatility provides a design freedom not often found with many other conventional construction materials.
It is affordable, lightweight, strong and durable. It does not need painting, as fibreglass components are gel-coated during moulding. Many different textures and finishes can be applied in the mould.
Fibreglass is non-corrosive and chemically inert, and does not rust or rot. This gives it a low-maintenance long service life in harsh environments such as ultra violet light, salt air, and extreme temperatures.
We are able to produce one-off pieces or production runs of multiple items. We can manufacture custom fibreglass mouldings having finishes in textures that simulate stone, brick, wood or metal, in any BS or RAL colour.
Mouldings can be produced with material combinations designed to meet the requirements of their intended application, such as fire or chemical resistance or environmental extremes.

Fibreglass cladding can be an ideal solution for both indoor and outdoor use. Decorative panels on walls and ceilings can create unique visual interest in lobbies and hallways. Sound deadening material can be laminated between layers of fibreglass matt to improve acoustics in large areas.
Outdoors, fibreglass cladding can be moulded and finished to match original features such as metal or stonework. It has the advantages of being cost-efficient, lightweight, strong and weather-resistant. UV stable and fire-retardant material combinations can be used in order to meet code and safety requirements.
Fibreglass is ideal for providing attractive, strong, maintenance-free seating in outdoor and public areas. It is factory finished, colourfast, easy to install, and resistant to vandals and the elements. Its versatility allows creativity to flow freely and designs are only limited by imagination.
The fibreglass seating projects we have produced include ship lounges and airport waiting area seating, barstools, outdoor play area benches, covered rooftop seating pods, and even a round park seating bench in the shape of a giant button.
Furniture made from GRP is durable, stable, and can be moulded to any specification. We have produced bespoke counters and bases for restaurants and kitchens, restaurant booths and tables, office pods, garden furniture, shop interiors, kiosks and display areas. We have even built restaurant furniture in the shape of aircraft fuselage and wings for an airport dining area.
GRP furniture is strong, long lasting, and easy to clean and maintain. It is lightweight and can be moved and reconfigured with ease compared to furniture made from conventional materials. Fire retardant materials can be incorporated into the composite as required.
Fibreglass covers and guards provide enhanced safety and security as well as protection for mechanical and electrical components. Fibreglass enclosures and cabinets keep equipment clean and dry, and can be easily accessed for maintenance. They have long service life expectancies and do not corrode or weather. They can be made airtight, watertight, chemical and fire-resistant as necessary.
Examples of the products we have made include side panels, ventilated equipment cabinets, moulded covers for medical equipment, camera and CCTV domes, radomes and drive covers.
Fibreglass shrouds have many industrial uses. They provide wires and connectors with protection against debris, heat damage and the elements. They are used with pipes, in engines, on motorcycles and automobiles, around television screens and as phone mast covers. We can mould shrouding to any size, shape and finish desired. Fire retardant and chemical resistant materials can be incorporated into the composite to meet safety standards.
Fibreglass signage is attractive, cost-effective and durable. The material is lightweight yet rigid, and the finish is colourfast, weather resistant, and can be made to look like metal, stone, fine wood or any other desired texture at a fraction of the cost of the original material.
We have produced a wide variety of signs and promotional objects, including large freestanding wall signs and three-dimensional corporate symbols and mascots. The latter are ideal as storefront attractions in shopping centres and malls.
Fibreglass is a perfect material for large planters for use in atriums and lobbies or courtyards and landscaped outdoor gardens. Fibreglass planters are tougher, more resilient, and much lighter than ceramic planters. Planters made from fibreglass are frost-proof, resistant to environmental extremes, corrosion free, and easy to clean and maintain. UV stable and fire retardant materials can be mixed with the composite as required to suit the
planter's intended location.
