• EcoTemp max/min thermometer The EcoTemp digital catering thermometer features a large, easy to read, LCD display with display hold and max/min memory functions. The EcoTemp digital catering thermometer measures temperature over the range of -49.9 to 199.9°C with a 0.1°C/°F resolution. Both open circuit and low battery indication are displayed, when applicable. This EcoTemp digital catering thermometer is ideal for monitoring cooking, cooling and food holding temperatures as part of HACCP, due diligence and health and safety procedures. Each EcoTemp thermometer is supplied with a detachable, rigid, pointed, stainless steel penetration probe (Ø3.5 x 125mm) with a Ø3.2 x 750mm silicone connecting lead. Optional, alternative probes are available.
• ThermaLite digital thermometers ThermaLite digital thermometers display temperature over the range of -39.9 to 149.9 °C with a 0.1 °C resolution and an accuracy of ±0.5 °C. This accuracy is guaranteed for life, due to the instruments advanced electronics. The ThermaLite 2 incorporates a CalCheck, °C/°F and hold functions. These thermometers weigh only 45 grams, including battery and feature a clear, easy to read LCD display with an open circuit 'Err' and low battery indication. The ThermaLite's autopower off facility turns the instrument off automatically after 10 minutes, maximising battery life. The thermometer is housed in a high impact ABS plastic case which includes the Biomaster additive that reduces bacterial growth, ideal for routine day-to-day food and catering applications. The pointed, Ø3.3 x 130 mm stainless steel, penetration probe is ideal for measuring the temperature of food and semi-solid materials. The ThermaLite is available in six colours, suitable for different applications.
• Thermapen folding probe thermometer The SuperFast Thermapen thermometer incorporates a large digital display with a precise read-out of temperature over the range of -49.9 to 299.9 °C with a 0.1 °C resolution and an accuracy of ±0.4 °C. The resolution can be switched to 1 °C, if required, via a switch in the battery compartment. The thermometer will power off automatically after ten minutes, maximising battery life. This feature can be disabled if not required. The casing is washable and includes 'Biomaster' additive that reduces bacterial growth and the ergonomic rubber seal minimises the risk of the ingress of water, dust or food. As well as being water resistant, it is still 'probably' the fastest reading contact thermometer on the market today. The true temperature of a product can be tested in under four seconds.
