Plastic Tube & Pipe Extrusions

As well as bespoke plastic extrusions, D W Plastics can produce a wide variety of standard plastic PVC tubes, rigid and flexible plastic rods, UPVC angles and plastic pipes in a range of shapes, sizes, colours and materials. Our extrusion facilities enable us to produce tubes from approximately 3mm to 180mm in diameter, with many combinations of wall thicknesses. These can be made from a variety of materials, including rigid and flexible PVC, HDPE, LPDE, ABS, STYRENE and glass filled compounds. All of our extrusions, whether custom or standard, are made to order and can be produced in extremely large volumes.

Plastic Synthetic Decking

D W Plastics has many years experience in the design and manufacture of teak-effect plastic synthetic decking and other real teak alternatives for use in the marine and building industries. We use both rigid and flexible PVC materials to replicate traditional wooden surfaces. Not only are they more cost-effective than real teak floors, but also more environmentally and ecologically friendly. Plastic Extrusions Tooling

Our fully equipped tool room enables us to produce high quality tooling for a wide range of thermoplastic extrusion profiles and compounds. All of our dies are designed, engineered and optimised on site for the manufacture of high quality, highly accurate PVC extrusions within our own factory. This means we can provide a complete solution for all your bespoke plastic profile requirements. All extrusion tooling is carefully stored and maintained on site to preserve accuracy and reliability.

Material Selection

Rigid Plastic Extrusion Profiles (UPVC)

Rigid PVC (UPVC) plastic extrusion profiles can be produced in a wide variety of colours and strengths. It is one of the stiffest polymers available - performing extremely well in ambient temperatures. It is also a highly versatile material, suitable for use in a whole host of internal and external applications. Rigid plastic extrusions can be manufactured in any size from 5mm to 500mm (width).

Flexible Plastic Extrusion Profiles (PVC)

Flexible PVC is one of the most commonly used thermoplastic extrusion polymers. It can be extruded in a wide variety of profiles for many different kinds of application, and is compatible with many additives for colour, UV stabilisation and flame resistance.
