Extensions

Building an extension is one of the best ways to increase the size and the value of your property. Conversions

DesignQube offer a barn and building conversion service and we have extensive experience in this field. We will then provide you with a competitive quote after the consultation and if you are happy to proceed we will begin the design stage. Drawings will be completed of the intended conversion from your brief and applications and necessary documentation will be completed. The next stage in the process will be to submit the conversion applications to the Local Authority Planning Department. DesignQube can act as your agent to deal with any queries that may arise during this stage of the process.

New Build

DesignQube have a great deal of experience in the design, planning and building regulations process of new builds. We have taken charge of these stages of the new build process for both private clients and construction and development companies. We can offer an initial no obligation consultation to assess the options available and provide a quote for the work to be undertaken. If you are satisfied with the quote we can then proceed onto the design process and complete full drawings for your approval. DesignQube can also undertake applications to the Local Authority Planning Department as well as any other necessary documentation. We have extensive experience in building regulations and can act as an agent to deal with any enquiries.
