1.       Available in a choice of 15 sizes and all featuring close fitting lids, our Deltron range of general purpose aluminium die cast boxes are ideal for housing electronic components and circuitry with PCB guides on some models. All lids are held safely in place using 4, 6 or 8 countersunk screws and provide strong EMI/RFI screening. This type of box is plain but they can also be machined finished to fit you precise specifications.

Made from the same long lasting and robust material as our plain aluminium box, this version has been powder coated and comes in a choice of two colours, either blue or grey as standard, although they can also be machined and finished to you suit your requirements. Our nylon coated version of the extremely popular and versatile Deltron general purposes boxes comes in a sleek and unobtrusive black finish that will fit in seamlessly with most surroundings. This version boasts all the same features as others in the collection, such as close fitting lids with 4, 6 or 8 countersunk screws, that guarantees EMI / RFI screening. They are also available in 15 different sizes, with the option to have the box machined or finished in a style that will suit the needs of the job.

These sealed enclosures from Deltron, are made from the same strong, die cast aluminium but this time feature a neoprene seal in addition to the close fitting lids that are kept in place with 4, 6 or 8 countersunk screws. The neoprene seal is self adhesive and offers an IP66 rating once it has been attached to the lid of the box. The box comes in a wide range of sizes, 15 in total, so it is able to safely house all your electronic components and circuitry.

This is the powdered coated version which is part of the Deltron range of sealed aluminium die cast boxes. This version is also available in 15 sizes and each size boasts a close fitting lid that is secured in place using 4, 6 or 8 countersunk screws. The design of the box ensures that it is able to proficiently handle EMI / RFI screening. The box comes with a neoprene seal, that once in place provides and Ip66 rating. The power coated version is available in black, blue or grey as standard and we also offer our customer the option of having it machined or finished in a design of your choice.

Our sealed aluminium die cast boxes from Deltron are also available with a tough, glossy nylon coating in a choice of black, blue or grey as well as the option to have the box machined and finished to your specific requirements. This style of box comes in the same 15 sizes that the others in the range are available in and also has the IP66 rated neoprene seal that simply sticks to the box lid. On some sizes PCB guides are also included and the close fitting lids and countersunk screws come as standard.

An ideal solution for accommodating electronic components and circuitry, the Deltron selection of die cast boxes are made from flanged aluminium and come with close fitting lids and 4,6 or 8 countersunk screws depending on which of the 9 sizes you chose. These boxes are excellent for EMI / RFI screening and they already come pre-drilled with external mounting flanges that allow them to be easily mounted. Some sizes also feature PCB guides. As a leading supplier, the Deltron boxes are sturdy and their longevity is assured, they are able to effectively screen EMI / RFI thanks to their close fitting lid and 4, 6 or 8 countersunk screws. These boxes also come with pre-drilled external mounting flanges to make mounting easier and also have a self adhesive neoprene seal for the box lids that have been rated to IP66. This version is plan but other finishes are available as standard or you can choose bespoke machining and finishing.

The powder coated version of our die cast aluminium boxes is available in black, blue or grey with the option to have them machined and finished to your own requirements. The boxes come in a choice of 9 sizes, all with close fitting lids and 4, 6 or 8 countersunk screws to provide superb EMI / RFI screening. Pre-drilled they will mount easily and some versions have PCB guides. There is an IP66 rating achieved when the boxes are used in conjunction with the self adhesive neoprene seal.

Deltron’s popular range of aluminium die cast boxes also come with a shiny and durable nylon coated finished which is perfect if the boxes will be facing added wear and tear. Available in black, blue and grey, the boxes are the same in all respects to the other models in the range and are an excellent for EMI / RFI screening. These boxes also feature a self adhesive neoprene seal that provides them with an IP66 rating once it has been attached to the box lids. Once again we are able to machine and finish these boxes in a style of your choosing.

For more extreme conditions, Deltron produce an extensive range of enclosures that are both water and weatherproof and are designed specifically for long-term outdoor use. The enclosures are rated at either IP67 or IP68 and our selection includes plain, powder coated, nylon coated or a finish of your choice.

This completely plain version is part of the Deltron 480 and 483 series, a new range of aluminium enclosures that have been designed to be totally waterproof to a rating of IP67 and IP68, which is the highest grade of protection in its standard, as well as providing the ultimate level of protection against dust and the ability to endure long periods of prolonged water immersion. Available in 15 sizes, the boxes have close fitting lids and have been certified to BS EN60529 1992.

Another option in the Deltron 480 and 483 series is the powder coated version, available in black, blue or grey as standard but with the option to choice the machining or finishing you want. The powder coated version is also waterproof rated to IP67 and IP68 with the IP67 being able to withstand immersion in water of up to 1 metre for 30 minutes and the IP68 coping with depths of 5 metres for a total time of one hour. These results have meant that the boxes have been given a BS EN60529 1992 certificate.

This series of Deltron 480 and 483 boxes also contains a hard wearing nylon coated option. It comes in a choice of standard blue, black or grey finishes or can be machined and finished to your exact requirements. Part of the new series of 480 and 483 enclosures, is the IP68, plain flanged version that meets the definition laid out in the IEC standard 605259 for IP67 and IP68 ratings. Both water and dust proof the boxes can houses systems that are used in harsh environments and are particularly useful for marine and industrial purposes. All enclosures come with pre-drilled external mounting flanges that enable them to be mounted quickly and easily.

Another member of the IP68 family is the IP68 flanged powder coated model. Powder coating offers an additional layer of protection on the already sturdy aluminium box. These boxes provide the ultimate in waterproofing with the IP67 range of enclosures handling 1 metre depths of water for 30 minutes and the IP68 coping with up to 5 metres for an hour. The boxes have all been certified to BS EN60529 1992 standard and IP68 offers the highest protection grade available. Lastly in the Deltron IP68 flanged series of boxes is the nylon coated option in black, blue grey or finished and machined to your choosing. Meeting the defined standards for IP68 ratings as defined in IEC 60529, these heavy-duty, waterproof boxes can withstand both dust and come ready for easy mounting with pre-drilled external mounting flanges. Although all of the boxes Deltron provide excellent EMI / RFI screening, we have manufactured a range that offers an enhanced level in order to ensure there is a reduced threat of interference or interruption from an external source that may damage the circuit and result in a loss of data. The plain version of the new series of IP67 and IP68 rated enclosures form Deltron with enhanced EMI/RFI protection can be used in even the most challenging electrical and environmental conditions and are widely used in the marine and aerospace industry as well as by the military. Water and dust resistant, the plain version ensures that conductivity is preserved between the lid and the box, which eradicates the high frequency, radiated emissions and leaves the EMI screening unaffected. Combining the highest defined IEC standard 605259 for IP67 and IP68 ratings with EMI/RFI protection, our new series of 480C and 483C enclosures from Deltron are ideal for the toughest electrical conditions. In conductive enclosures, the application of a non conductive sealing mechanism can weaken the EMI/RFI screening, which is why DEM Manufacturing created an EMI/RFI seal to ensure continued conductivity between the lid and the box and thus removes the concerns over high frequency radiated emissions. As with all other versions of the IP68 EMI/RFI boxes, the Nylon version is suitable for use in environments where it will be exposed to high humidity, heavy spray or underwater. The IP67 can be immersed in water of 1 metre for up to 30 minutes, whilst the IP68 can withstand 5 metres of water for 1 hour. The seal will remain water tight and the EMI/RFI screening process will not be affected, which is one of the reasons why these boxes are so popular with the marine industry and the military. The plain version is always a popular choice for our enclosures and this one is part of new series from Deltron that offers high quality IP67/IP68 waterproofing and EMI/RFI protection that remains unaffected by high humidity, water spray and being underwater. The IP67/IP68 enclosures benefit from the addition of DEM Manufacturing’s EMI/RFI seal, which allows for constant conductivity between the box and the lid so that there is no danger of a non conductive sealing causing high frequency radiated emissions resulting in harming the screening. At Deltron we manufacture a collection of lightweight ABS and polycarbonate enclosures that can be used for a multitude of electronic and electrical assemblies. Theses enclosures provide a low cost solution and can be bought from our standard range or specially manufactured to suit your needs. Our well equipped processing department situated in house, use a selection of high specification injection moulding equipment and CAD/CAM software, which includes SolidWORKS 3D modelling software along with 3D printer support. Our ABS and polycarbonate enclosures are easy to customise and have close fitting lids, we can also offer a full box build assembly service if required. Our standard range comes in 10 colour options a variety of shapes, sizes and finishes.

We supply our range of XLR connectors with universal mounting connectors that use the same panel mounting cut out for both plugs and sockets, allowing them to be extremely versatile. We can also provide non-latching versions that offers the user a slightly faster disconnection. An innovative reusable colour coding system can be fitted across the whole range for a speedy identification of audio/video channels. Both the cable mounting plugs and sockets feature robust die cast metal back or plastic back shells with an anti vibration collar. We can also offer a choice of a nickel or black chrome shell finish with gold or silver plated contacts.

Our DIN connectors have been especially designed for use in instrumentation and audio applications. The Deltron range of DIN connectors are extremely durable and have been fully screened. They are available in two finishes bright nickel and non-reflective electrically conductive matt black. Their solid construction includes both cable grip and strain relief and there is a choice of latching or non-latching and with 3 to 8 pin configurations. All of our DIN connectors have been manufactured to DIN 41524, 45322, 45326, 45327 and 45329.

Made from turned brass and featuring a hollow centre pin, the Deltron collection of professional phono plugs have ground contact features and a patented ‘T´ slot design that offers a positive contact even on undersized phono sockets. Colour coding rings can be fitted to allow for easy identification and the collect also comes with spring cable strain relief. The Deltron range of phono plugs will accept cables up to 5.5mm diameter.
