Claiming Expenses


Our business teams work closely with clients to provide all the information and support needed when it comes to claming expenses. There are two types of business expenses:

  • Crystal Business Expenses: these expenses are incurred in the running of day-to-day business and are processed alongside pay without being subject to Tax and NIC. Pay is made up of gross pay and the reimbursement of allowable expenses
  • Rechargeable Expenses: these costs are incurred in the running of day-to-day business and have been authorised by the end Client or Agency who will fully reimburse them. Rechargeable Expenses must be identified and agreed with the end Client or Agency before contracts commence.
