Our company is an independent parts and service provider for all market sectors who are users of Water Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condenser. We are able to offer a comprehensive service an all cooling tower and refrigeration condenser irrespective of manufacture. We can also offer a competitive tender on any new application. If you have an existing cooling tower manufactured by, Evapco, Marley, Davenport, Hamon, Film, Balcke Duerr, Carter, Visco, Watertech, Cooltech, Head Wrightson, Foster Wheeler HTI, Searl, etc. We can provide any Parts & Service required.

If your cooling tower is small or large constructed from steel, timber, concrete, fibre glass or plastic we are able to provide parts and service. If you need a replacement, maintenance upgrade, achieve lower noise level, reduced plume, water conservation or higher performance, we can handle it!

Thermal Upgrades

We are able to provide Technical support in respect of thermal calculations for upgrade for higher thermal capability from cooling towers and I or hybrid conversion for plume control.

We also offer a complete system design, undertake supply of ancillary equipment and even offer a demolition and installation service.

CPS products and service is believed to be quite unique outside an OEM. To summarise through partnerships with the credible players indicated. We offer a fully comprehensive design manufacture supply delivery and installation service of new capital plant cooling towers and condensers, plus a parts supply repairs and installation service for existing cooling plant. In addition to this a full ongoing support and consultancy service is available to assist in thermal related issues, system design, cooling plant layout, and the environmental impact

Consultancy

We have in-house expertise to provide a consultancy service related to all issues in respect of water cooling towers and their application.

We will review the process demands and as dictated by client requirements conduct a detail design study to optimise the performance of a cooling tower to meet both system and environmental requirements. This may require special considerations be taken to limit noise level, plume control and / or achieve required energy conservation measures.

We are able to provided assistance from conception to project completion and ongoing maintenance. Our degree of involvement can be as little or as much as client desires.

We will establish the cooling demands, write a comprehensive technical specification and scheme for an enquiry, provide an unbiased independent appraisal of tenders, if required we can maintain QC /QA of the supply, act as clients engineer during construction, supervise commissioning, write a maintenance programme etc etc.

CPS is headed up by Phil Andrews who has over 40 years in the cooling tower heat transfer business. He was Engineering, Sales and Managing Director of Heenan Marley Cooling Towers UK, Sales, Marketing and Technical Director of Davenport Cooling Towers, and Director General Manager Cooling Tower Division of Balcke-Duerr Ltd UK.

We have been established to act as the catalyst to provide an alternative independent source of supply for commercial and industrial users of cooling towers and evaporative condensers. This is achieved through a partnership with established credible source of supply for parts, service and technical consultancy. The service covers package, site erected, civil natural draught and mechanical draught cooling towers irrespective of size, manufacturer or materials of construction.
