We take control of your barcode quality, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and using offline sampling to ensure you pass retail audits. Our checks include decoding, ensuring minimum reflectance, and measuring the contrast between the bars and the background. We measure the definition of the poorest bar in the code, and measure the consistency of reflectance to ensure quality throughout your barcodes, as well as ensuring bars and complete, and that your barcodes achieve decodability. Our barcode inspection system ensures that degradation in legibility is spotted before it becomes a problem, and we ensure that pack contents are correctly identified.
Logistics labels are ideal for environments where pallets and individual units need to be tracked separately, ensuring you keep in control of your supply chain. Labels can include your company name and any additional information, use by dates, codes and batch numbers, as well as a count. Labels are then placed on adjacent sides of each pallet, making it easy to identify your pallet at every stage of the process.
2D barcodes allow you to encode information in horizontal and vertical lines, allowing for more information to be stored in a smaller size. This means the information can fit on smaller packages, tags, or even electrical devices. 2D barcodes are often used in shipping or manufacturing applications where detailed information needs to be stored, and in healthcare where extensive information can be stored on small vials. They are also used on documents, and this allows for multiple fields of information to be filled in with one scan, and for tagging very small parts where space is limited, yet a barcode is needed.
Traded units are the outer cases for consumer units, and can be bar coded with EAN-13, UPC-A, ITF14, or UCC EAN-128 Symbols. This ensures that only one label is required, and we can advise on the standard sizes for each one.
