Staircases

Our range of staircases for portable buildings includes:

• Universal landing and stair assembly – This works with the majority of hire and portable buildings, and the standard platform can be used with one of the four standard stairways. These accommodate a rise from 254cm to 325cm.
• Walkways for multiple access – These can be installed to allow access to multiple offices on the same level, and works with the standard universal stairways.
• Universal link assembly – If you have two sets of parallel, stacked cabins, then a double link landing allows you to have one staircase with access to both. This can be used either right or left handed.  

Effluent Tanks

Our standard effluent tanks measure 350x250x30cm, and have two inlet points and an emptying gully. The internal steel frame ensures their sturdiness, and they have forklift guides and lifting points for chains ensuring easy transportation. Choose between the standard sight gauge, or a more precise level fill indicator with float switch and flashing beacon system to prevent overfilling. We also offer stepped tanks which work with 1+1 toilet units, and these have anti slip and other safety features. You can also choose to have handrails and forklift guides installed.  

Steps

We can help you choose which steps suit your particular needs, and we have both two and three tread welfare steps available. The three tread model has a height of 60cm, while the two step design has a platform measuring 120cm in width. Give us a call to find out more about these products.  

Bespoke Tanks

If you have a project where a standard size tank isn't suitable, we can create a bespoke one to suit your needs. Just give us the measurements and we will design and build a tank that suits your application. This could include a multiple gulley tank, which has several emptying and fill points with screw cap fittings, or a settlement tank which has a larger capacity and Bauer fittings. Settlement tanks are made with 5mm plate steel with angle reinforcements, and include baffle plates for improved distribution and flow.
