Vacuum Forming

Bray Plastics also have vacuum forming facilities at our disposal. This process is just as cost-effective as standard forming because we can produce our own tools extremely quickly. Volume is therefore of no issue: prototypes and small production runs will not cost you a fortune and can be turned around in no time. We vacuum form a range of thermoplastic materials, giving you a wider variety of choice in terms of plastic properties. As with all of our processes, we'll work closely with your design engineers to make sure your requirements are being fulfilled every step of the way.

Machining

Bray Plastics has all the machining facilities you would expect from a market leading plastic manufacturer. Assembly

To complement the great range of services on offer, the engineers at Bray Plastics are also happy to assemble your product. Whether it's assembling the components produced in our own workshops, or fitting Printed Circuit Boards and Cabling, we've done it all before. We even undertake testing and analysis on the final assembly before despatching it. Enclosures

Here at Bray Plastics, we also offer to build enclosures for your assemblies using injection moulded plastics or cast aluminium. We'll even design and produce bespoke enclosures that are tailored to your requirements. But if you still cannot get the enclosure you need, we'll help you source them from external clients. As well as machining aluminium panels, Bray has the facilities to engrave and screen-print your enclosures. To round off a great service, we'll assemble your components within the enclosure. Case Study - Example Two

Our second example features a project we carried out for a client who needed us to reverse engineer an existing production forming made by a leading car manufacturer. We manufactured new tooling from the original mouldings, taking into account factors such as distortion and shrinkage, and produced the final forms from fire retardant ABS. Please see images online.

Laser Cutting
