Access control systems

We supply access control systems suitable for a range of applications in environments such as shopping centres, housing estates, industrial estates, sports and leisure centres and more. Our high quality access control systems have been expertly designed and manufactured to control entry or exit movements via controlling door locks, vehicle barriers, roller shutters, motorised gates or rising kerbs. The systems can feature a number of features such as: single or multiple code digital tap out units suitable for single or multiple doors, magnetic or infra-red card swipe systems, proximity readers, radio fobs that can be integrated into a computer based system, and biometric reader to read eye or finger prints.

Satellite Systems

We also offer a range of systems designed to provide users with high quality reception of analogue and digital terrestrial television. These systems include:

• Mini Systems: features cupboard systems to hide all the equipment away or set back systems where equipment is positioned behind the television.
• Playback Systems: these systems use the second output from a Sky Digibox to provide a repeat of the output from the satellite decoder as well as terrestrial programmes.
• SMATV Systems: these systems provide users with all of the programmes available on an MATV system and satellite.
• MATV Systems: these systems usually provide users with reception of both analogue and digital terrestrial television signals.

We supply various indoor and outdoor closed circuit television systems. These systems are manufactured by a range of well-known brands such as Panasonic, Phillips, Vantage, Mitsubishi, Denard and Altron. Door Entry systems

Here at Blakeglow, we supply a range of our own door entry systems alongside systems manufactured by other leading brands. The range includes:

• K-Steel Panel: IP45 rated flexible systems featuring keypad, proximity and DDA functions.
  660 Hands-Free System: features a digi-bus digital switch board with internal and external operating modes.
• BPT Systems: features System XI and System 200 which are suitable for use in single houses and single block developments, System 300 suitable for use in larger blocks or multiple block developments and System XIP for communications between all gateways.

Vehicle control Systems

We provide customers with customised vehicle control systems. These can be controlled via inductive loops or photo-electric beams to measure speed and improve on closing times. We also provide systems featuring control devices such as radio fob transmitters and infra-red transmitters, special control systems designed for sequencing or counting of vehicles and flow control of vehicles using traffic lights and motorised gates/ barrier. Hard of Hearing and Loop Systems Introduction

We supply various hearing loops, portable loops, reception desk loops and loop testers. Blakeglow Intruder Alarm Systems

We also offer a range of top quality intruder alarm systems suitable for houses, sports and leisure centres, shops and offices. These systems are installed by our highly skilled and experienced engineers and conform to BSEN 50131 BSEN 50136 and PD 6662 standards. Installations also comply with SSAIB and ACPO requirements. Public Address Systems

SONOS

We are pleased to provide customers with Sonus solutions. The Sonus system relies on access to the internet for the supply of music which can be received by wireless loudspeaker units, wireless music receivers for connection to an existing amplifier and receiver units complete with amplifier. A Sonos bridge enables connection to the home network in order to extend the wireless range of the Sonos system. Blakeglow Sound Masking Systems

Sound masking systems are installed to cover up unwanted sound by using auditory masking. The elimination or reduction of sounds can lead to an improved and comfortable environment. Sound can be controlled to a certain extent by careful consideration and design of the room layout. The ceiling, for example, is usually the largest bare surface in a room so it is important to place fixtures carefully to avoid sound reflection.

Sound masking is also effective by covering or distracting a sound with a more soothing or less intrusive sound. Sound masking systems feature an electronically generated noise source, high quality equalisers to shape the noise, stable power amplifiers and loudspeakers to evenly distribute the noise.
