Platings

At Badges Plus Limited, our engineers use electroplating procedures. Electroplating is a process where metal ions in a chemical solution are moved by an electric field to coat an electrode; the ionic metal is supplied with electrons to form a non-ionic coating on the substrate. Our platings are available in the following finishes: antique, black nickel, brass, brushed, chrome, copper, gold, gunmetal, matte, nickel, rhodium, silver and two-tone. At Badges Plus Ltd, our engineers work in our in-house plating workshop in our Birmingham factory. Strict quality control procedures are followed to ensure that every single one of our products that leaves the factory is in the finest condition.
