Warehouse Partitioning Systems

Axelent Ltd manufactures and supplies four types of partitioning systems: SafeStore, FlexiStore, ShelfStore and StoreRoom. These systems have been created to meet different types of industry requirements and are manufactured to meet EN standards. The modular design of the mesh wall system means that users can add or remove panels and posts as and when required. Storeroom Walls

Our high quality storeroom walls are used to store all kinds of materials in different domestic and industrial environments. Our range of storeroom walls are easy to install with clear instructions, however, our in-house installers are available to assemble your storeroom walls with skill and ease if required. We use the SnapperWorks® software to create drawings of your partitioning system prior to purchase so that you visualise the end result. We provide advice and information from the initial point of contact through to after sales to ensure customers are fully satisfied with their products and services from us.

X-Guard

We are pleased to provide the industry with our fantastic X-Guard® machine guards which comply with the Machinery Directive’s requirements as of December 2009. Our X-Guard® machine guards were launched in 2008 and are widely recognised in the industry as providing first class, reliable machine guard solutions. The mesh panel is coloured black RAL 9011 with yellow RAL 1018 posts. Since the launch we have designed and developed additional items such as panels, posts and various accessories to complement this excellent range and to meet customer requirements. Single Hinge Door

Our single hinge doors can be used as walk through doors or as emergency exits depending on the types of locks that are used. They are available in a maximum width of 1500mm and feature the same black and yellow colours as the partitioning panels. X-Guard Sheet Metal and Plastic

We are pleased to provide the industry with our high quality X-Guard® sheet metal and plastic covered walls. These have been designed and created to suit environments that require more comprehensive protection. Our X-Guard® plastic and sheet metal systems are easy to install and can be used with the same posts and accessories as our mesh product range. We recommend the use of our custom edging plate with this system. Our plastic walls are heat resistant up to 60 degrees and available with either clear or green coloured plastic. Our green coloured plastic meets fire safety standards UL 94 VO and EN 1598. They are used as a protection from welding flare.

Cylinder Lock

The cylinder lock is widely used with our warehouse fencing system where there is a greater risk of theft. This black handle is easy to install and features a comfortable, easy grip handle. Safestore

Our Safestore system provides users with the ultimate safety in warehouse storage and is widely used to fit to the rear of a pallet rack to prevent goods from falling out and damaging personnel or goods. The system is based around six standard panels that can then be adapted to suit customer requirements. To install, the panels are attached to the shelf uprights with brackets and are then bolted together accordingly. There are two mesh types available and the mesh can be cut to achieve optimal fit where required. The mesh panel is light grey RAL 9018 or black RAL 9011 with light grey RAL 9018 or silver RAL 9006 brackets.

Flexistore

FlexiStore panels provide users with tough, robust and versatile warehouse partitioning solutions. The panels are available in three heights and various widths. Using feet, uprights and extensions you can then add or remove panels when required to meet your storage requirements. For specific requirements we are also pleased to offer a cutting service whereby we can tailor your industrial or storeroom mesh walls to fit precise dimensions. You can also choose from any of our door packages and colours can be adapted where required. All of our products are delivered on specially adapted pallets direct from our warehouse in Sweden.

FlexiStore Plastic & Sheet Metal

Our FlexiStore plastic and sheet metal system is easy to assemble and is available in two heights (1100mm and 2200mm) and four standard widths. It is versatile and features plastic, sheet metal and mesh to suit particular requirements. It is widely used for industry applications where partial view or partial protection is required. Double Hinge Door

Our double hinge doors are used for passing through with or without goods. They are available in a maximum width of 3000mm and maximum height of 4450mm.

Single Sliding Door

Our single sliding doors are effective for us in areas where space is limited and when a simple solution is required. These doors are available in widths of 1500mm, 2400mm and 5000mm in maximum heights of 4450mm. Waterfall

The Waterfall shelving system is extremely tough and robust to allow for the storage of loose items or items on pallets. The mesh style means that dust does not gather and light and water is able to pass through. The shelves have been designed to provide users with safe and straightforward handling. The wires on the shelves, for example, run the full length of the shelf to enable users to slide products across easily. The shelves sit securely in the rack and do not require bolting together. This system can be easily added to or shelves can be removed when required to meet changing storage requirements.

Our 50x50 posts are suitable for use with FlexiGuard and FlexiStore partitioning systems. They are available in heights 1400mm, 2000mm and 2300mm with available extensions of 750mm, 1100, and 2200mm.
