PCB Assembly

Our core business activities revolve around the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards with surface mount, through hole and mixed components. We have a record of delivering high quality boards which are assembled and inspected according to industry-approved IPC or customer criteria. Mount Components

AES is able to place conventional and surface mount components on the same board. These are then soldered by hand to ensure a high quality finished product. Despite this, lead times can be as short as 24 hours. We have a highly skilled team of solderers who use a no-clean soldering process with lead-free or tin/lead solder joints. Wire Harness Assemblies

As well as assembling PCBs, AES are able to assemble wire harnesses according to customer requirements and configurations. Using your design information, we can create a custom cable assembly that meets your specific needs – no matter how complex. Once assembled, all wire harnesses will be fully tested and inspected to ensure the finished product meets the required standard. Electro/Mechanical Assembly

At AES we can also take care of your electro-mechanical assembly needs. We have a team of highly skilled and vastly experienced operators who can carry out both sub and top-level assembly under the same roof, thus reducing your shipping and inventory costs.
