Label Dispensers

Label dispensers are ideal for a range of applications, and we provide different models from basic labelling heads, to bespoke solutions. This is a low maintenance solution which allows for reliable, consistent labelling, and there are options available to allow variable speeds. Using high quality, corrosion free materials, our products are built to last, and ideal for a wide variety of environments and applications. Our heavy duty high torque, and super torque stepper motors allow for high accuracy labelling, and most models can store label settings, with optional password protection.  

Cross Web Labellers

Our range of cross web labellers includes:

• Matrix Cross Web Top Package Labeller – designed specifically for the high demands of the food industry, the Matrix uses corrosion-free materials, and allows for water drainage to reduce contamination. Our standard model suits film web widths from 250mm up to 720mm, but we can create larger bespoke systems to suit your needs.
• Matrix Cross Web Bottom Package Labeller – can be fitted to a wide range of host tray dealers and thermo-formers, this model meets and exceeds food industry standards. With label dispensing speeds of over 60 metres a minute, this model has plenty of wash down features including an open design, and easy to remove drive heads and motors.

Print & Apply

If you require a one to one application, then our print and apply system allows for direct or thermal transfer, can be integrated into most existing labelling applications, and can print text, bar codes, graphics, and much more. Choose between a wide range of print areas and 203 or 305 DPI print heads, with RFID upgrades easily integrated. Desktop & Portable Printers

We have a full range of label printers for all kinds of applications, including desktop and handheld models, textile tag and ticketing printers, and portable label dispensers.

Our XL400e printer is popular in the textile and ticketing industries, with a tag stacker, re-winder, and cutter to make your job easier. With automatic label loading, and an intelligent print head, it's easy for your staff to use our products, and this model is Windows compatible so it fits into your existing set-up easily. In-line Printers

We offer a wide range of hot foil and thermal transfer printers to suit various applications, and can help you find the right one to suit your business.

Our hot foil machines offer many different type and type holder options, and can produce labels such as barcodes, text, graphics, logos, and much more. These printers are often used for cartons and sleeves, with a high quality, professional finish. With a simple set up and operation, they offer a reliable and robust solution for all sectors.

Thermal transfer printers are able to create more prints per minute, with reduced stop times, more autocode fields, and sequential barcodes, if required.  

Semi-Automatic Systems

We offer several semi-automatic labelling systems, ideal for labelling flat or oval shaped packs, with easy adjustments and quick change options. Fully Automatic Systems

Our fully automatic labelling systems can be used as stand alone units, or can be integrated into your existing product line, with labels that can be applied to all kinds of surfaces. Many of our products feature conveyors of different lengths, with product separators and bottle dividers available to protect your items. With systems available of various shapes and sizes, you can choose a carousel change part, or heavy duty torque for harsher environments. Linerless Labelling Systems

Here at Atwell Self-Adhesive Labellers, we are pleased to offer our Linerless Labelling System, Hi-Speed Linerless Label Head as well as bespoke machines to suit specific customer requirements.

• Linerless Labelling System: this system offers a range of benefits such as up to 30% reduction on total labelling costs, increased print head life, up to 60% more paper on the rolls providing 60% more operating time, and more.
• Hi-Speed Linerless Label Head: processes up to 150 labels per minute, uses 100% of paper and requires fewer roll changes.

The range includes:

• AL120S Series 4000: for reliable and consistent labelling, this series features 120mm to 300mm web widths, 25 programmable label settings, variable speed to 40 metres per minute and more.
• AS2-120S Series 2000: this series features auto label detection and speed set-up for quick and easy changeover, 24 programmable label settings, 120mm to 300mm label web formats and more.
• Overhead System: basic standalone or in-line overhead labelling systems are available.
• Front and Back Labeller: suitable for labelling two sides of bottles and containers.
• Hi-Speed Linerless Label Head: this system processes up to 150 labels per minute and uses 100% of the paper. It can be easily integrated into existing labelling systems.

Atwell Self-Adhesive Labelllers offer customers a fantastic range of services including:

• Digital label printing of small label orders.
• Flexo and Litho self-adhesive and linerless label printing (up to 10 colours on one side and 4 on the reverse).
• Supply of plain and single colour self-adhesive and linerless labels.
• Secure label call off and storage.

All services are provided with excellent customer support as well as additional equipment such as: labelling system spares, hot foil ribbons, type holders and metal type characters, thermal transfer ribbons and cleaning kits, and continuous ink jet coloured inks and solvents.

Atwell prides itself on offering first class products combined with first class services at all times.

Services & Support

All new machines supplied by Atwells are offered with a minimum 12 month warranty which covers parts, labour and travel costs. Once the warranty comes to an end, our service contracts are offered to ensure equipment is maintained and operating safely and efficiently.

If product advice or assistance is needed, customers can take advantage of our Dedicated Technical Helpline. On-site training is also offered to operators and production staff.
