Conformal Coating

Conformal coating is used to protect PCBs from chemicals, moisture, salt spray, humidity and vibration, all of which can cause damage and product failure. Using the latest robotic selective coating machinery, conformal coatings can be applied without need of protective masking, which is in itself a labour and cost intensive process. The coatings we use have excellent adhesive properties, are easily repairable, and are fluorescent under UV light for ease of inspection.

Panel & Cabinet Build

Arrowvale engineers are experienced in all aspects of panel and cabinet assembly, and can produce bespoke products with virtually any combination of components, including switches, breakers, microprocessors, connector blocks, PLCC and other equipment.  The entire assembly process is completed in-house and under observation of our quality management staff, guaranteeing product reliability and performance.
