Arhiann Limited provide a one-stop mailing and printing service, with combined expertise accumulated over 40 years. We’re a family run business and were set up in 2001 to meet the needs of companies with smaller mailing requirements and we service a number of SMEs as well as public authorities and blue chip clients.

Letterhead Personalisation

A personalised piece of direct mail makes a much better first impression, and will generate a more positive outcome, than using the generic “Dear Sir/Madam”.  It shows you have gone to the effort of establishing the details of whom the piece should be addressed to.  If you want your prospects to read the main body of your letter, then using letterhead personalisation can help to achieve this objective.  Send us your database and let us take the hassle out of adding this important information for you.

Inkjet Addressing

If your mailing requires no personalisation other than the name and address details then ink jet printing is a fast and cost effective way to do this, especially for large batches as the price falls for print runs of over 20,000 pieces.  Envelopes can still be personalised with logos, PPI and return address information but this is done prior to the addressing.

Labelling

On smaller mailouts addressing envelopes using an ink job can be cost prohibitive.  In this instance we would recommend labelling as a more cost effective solution and this would usually be our first suggestion for mailouts of less than 5,000 pieces.

Enclosing

Pass on the tedious, labour-intensive job of enclosing to us.  We offer two enclosing options: paper and polythene, both of which are suited to different contents.  Paper envelopes are traditionally the most popular option due to cheap personalisation and an assortment of stock sizes being readily available.  We can accommodate both small and large runs and will process by hand or by machine depending on the quantity and our workload.  Polythene is a great solution for more ridged contents such as magazines and brochures and can be very effective as a teaser due to the transparent nature of the film.  Contact us for more details and to discuss the most appropriate method of enclosing for your mail piece.

Printing

We have a wealth of experience in the printing arena and have the tools and expertise to print a wide range of materials at highly competitive prices.  If you are looking to have a company brochure printed then we’d love to hear from you and can handle anything from a simple A4 brochure through to laminate finishing and SPOT UV varnishing that will give your material a high-end feel.  We are also able to print and finish product catalogues; whether it’s 24-page saddle-stitched or 300-page perfect bound.  Contact us to discuss our full range of print options and to obtain a quote.

Digital Printing

For short-run print jobs digital printing is often the answer.  This method is suitable for print runs of between 50 and 1,000 copies and provides high quality results in a short amount of time.  Digital printing also offers a great deal of flexibility allowing for the integration of database content for personalisation.  This can include name and address details as well as the inclusion of specific imagery for certain customer groups, a fantastic advantage for direct mail pieces where you really want to engage the receiver. Basically, if you can put it in a database then we can print it.

Envelopes

If you’re looking for envelopes then we’re the people to call.  We stock a large range of standard envelopes in an array of sizes, paper weights and colours, but our expertise doesn’t stop there. Flexo

For large envelope print runs, Felxo can be a low cost option. The envelopes are printed at the same time the envelopes are made, using a component similar to a rubber stamp.  This means there are no additional costs incurred from printing at a later stage as it’s all done in one go. Advancements mean that it is now possible for full colour text and graphics to be printed using the Flexo process, however the print quality isn’t quite as good as litho, but it can be very effective for simple designs and is great for printing return address and PPI details.  Please contact us for further details.
