Roller Shutters

Sales and After-Sales Care

Anglia Door Systems provides a comprehensive service both pre and post sales. It starts with a free site survey in which we obtain measurements and ascertain your particular requirements as to the type of door you would like. Our fully trained staff will then advise you on the most practical, cost-effective solution based on these requirements. A full quotation will be provided for each option. 

Once the price has been agreed another survey will be carried out, this time in more depth. The components will then be ordered in and fitted by our professional installation teams. Each and every door we fit is covered by a 12-month warranty as standard. 

But our service does not end there: we can also offer short and long term maintenance contracts to help you keep your doors in top condition and to ensure they perform as expected for many years to come.  

Repairs

The technical team at Anglia Door Systems is able to repair and maintain virtually all types of commercial and industrial door, and can do so whether it was originally installed by us or not. The service we offer includes scheduled preventative maintenance to keep your doors in good working condition and 24 hour emergency repairs for breakdowns. We’re available 365 days a year, and with engineers throughout East Anglia we can get to you within just a matter of hours. Our aim is to be on site within 4 hours of your call. 

All work is carried out by fully qualified, highly experienced service engineers who are employed directly by the company. 

Maintenance

Keeping your doors well-maintained isn’t just advisable for economic reasons: it’s imperative for legal reasons. There are a number of legal documents that identify the need for doors and shutters to be maintained, including The Workplace Regulations of 1992, The Fire Precautions Regulations of 1997 and the Building Regulations of 1998. 

It is essential that you comply with these regulations. Usually this means having your doors and shutters serviced at regular intervals by a qualified engineer.
